1. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 23rd July, to August 31st, 2025 (“Campaign Period”)

2. Participants Eligibility Criteria

Referrers must ensure compliance with the following:

• All existing LemFi users aged 18 years and above residing in the European Union, who have a Verified LemFi account (unrestricted)
• Participants in the Campaign will have to obtain their unique Referral Code from LemFi and provide this to invited Friends & Family

Referrers' Invited Friends & Family members must meet (“Successful Referral Criteria”):

• a) Download the LemFi App using the unique Referral Code
• b) Signup to services terms and conditions
• c) Undertake at least one single money transfer to Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania during the Campaign Period

The Referrer’s entitlement to CashBack Bonus of €40 is subject to achieving Successful Referral Criteria in respect of at least 2 invited Friends & Family; failing which the Referrer would only be entitled €15 per successful Referral

Participants Not eligible:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi
• Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity

3. How the Reward Work

To qualify for the reward:

• ✅ Refer 2 friends to sign up and transact using the LemFi App and in each case the Eligibility Criteria and the Successful Referral Criteria must be met

• ✅ Each friend or family member must send at least €100 from Europe in a single transaction to Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania

• ✅ Once all 2 Referred Friends or Family have completed their transactions using the LemFi App, the Referrer shall be entitled to €40 cashback based on the following examples:

  • A single Referral of an individual who meets the Successful Referral Criteria receives only €15 Cashback per such Referral
  • Extra €5 Cashback will be automatically credited into Referrer’s account only after the 2 new users have sent at least €100 in a single transaction in Europe
  • A €40 cashback extra bonus for completing 2 successful referrals will be credited after the campaign deadline

4. Reward Details

• The €40 Cashback Bonus will be credited to the referrer’s LemFi account once all 2 referrals have met the Successful Referral Criteria
• Rewards will be processed within 7 business days after the campaign ends
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cashback awarded, whether for individual Referral or the Cashback Bonus can only be used for International Money Transfer (other than to cashback owner’s own account)

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• ❌ Failing to meet the referral and transaction requirements
• ❌ Attempting to refer themselves or creating multiple accounts
• ❌ Engaging in fraudulent activities or violating LemFi’s Terms of Service
• ❌ Any other reason as determined by LemFi at its sole discretion

6. Privacy & Consent

• Personal data collected during this campaign will be used solely for campaign administration
• LemFi will not share user data with third parties without consent

7. General Terms Applicable to this Campaign

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice
• LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may affect participation
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims related to their participation
• Any Cashback awards are subject to LemFi’s approval and such rewards might be withheld or withdrawn by LemFi for any reason whatsoever at LemFi’s sole discretion at any time
