Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "First Time User" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the First Time User Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi First Time User Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

• Program/Promotion: The First Time User campaign is open to users who haven’t transacted on the LemFi app.
• Prize: The first 50 eligible users who complete their first single transaction of £50 or more will each receive a cashback reward of £30.
• Promotion Period: The campaign begins August 28, 2025, and ends on September 30th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
• Participant: New LemFi users who haven't transacted to Kenya and who meet all other eligibility criteria.
• Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between August 28, 2025, and September 30, 2025 until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all new LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

• The first 50 senders would receive a cashback of £30 when they make a single transfer of £50 or more to Kenya in addition to the regular £10 cashback.

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a single transfer of £50 or more from the UK to Kenya between August 28, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
• The first 50 qualified senders will receive a cashback of £30 credited to their wallet.
• The £30 cashback will be credited to the qualified users within 7 working days after the campaign ends.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• The first 50 LemFi new users who send £50 or more in a single transfer from the UK to Kenya within the qualifying period will get a cashback of £30.
• This promotion is only applicable to a single transfer of £50 or more to Kenya.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
• Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

• If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. Governing Law

• UK Customers: This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
