1. Campaign Period:

The campaign begins on 11th of July 2025, and ends on 6th of October 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria:

• You must have an existing account with LemFi account but have not made a transaction yet or sign up on LemFi during the campaign period.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign
• You must be based in the USA.
• Make your first transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period.

3. How to Participate:

To win a prize weekly, a Lemfi user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Make their very first transfer with the LemFi app. That transfer must be to Nigeria.

4. How do the rewards work

• Weekly Winner: At least one eligible participant will be selected each week throughout the campaign period to receive the featured prize.
• A user is qualified only to win during the week in which they make their first transfer with the LemFi app. This transfer must be to Nigeria.
• Entries do not roll over weekly. You will only be entered to win the prize for the week in which you made your first transfer.
• The user will receive their prize at the latest 30 days after the campaign has been concluded.
• The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email.
• Winners are selected every Tuesday for the previous week's draw.
• Prizes may be fulfilled via direct shipping, digital vouchers, or LemFi transfer, depending on the prize.
• Winners will be contacted and must respond within 3 days or risk disqualification and reassignment of the prize.
• Winners will be notified via email within 3 business days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.

5. Prizes:

Prizes will vary weekly. Each week the prize for that week will be announced via different channels such as email, push notifications, social media and influencers. The prize will range from physical prizes to cash prizes.

6. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign are strictly prohibited.
• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms:

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
