Terms and Conditions for UK to East Africa Conversion Campaign — March/April 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the UK to East Africa Conversion Campaign/Promotion.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer promotional incentives to encourage eligible users to complete verification and make their first transfer using its services (the "Promotion"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Promotion (the "Conversion Promotion 2026" or the "Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The UK to East Africa Conversion Campaign, which offers eligible users a £5 credit upon completing their first transfer on LemFi.
Prize: £5 promotional credit awarded to eligible users and automatically credited to their LemFi account.
Promotion Period: The Promotion will run from 27th March 2026 until 30th April 2026 at 23:59 (GMT), unless otherwise terminated or modified by LemFi.
Participant: A LemFi user based in the United Kingdom who has not yet verified their account or completed their first transfer, and who meets all eligibility and participation requirements outlined in these Terms.
Valid LemFi Account: A LemFi account that is fully registered, verified, active, unrestricted, and in good standing in accordance with the LemFi User Agreement.
1. LemFi Program Period
You may participate in this Program during the Promotion Period (27th March 2026 until 30th April 2026 at 23:59 GMT) until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
Participation is open only to LemFi users who:
- Are residents of the United Kingdom
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have a LemFi account that was created but not yet fully verified, or have not yet made their first transfer
- Successfully complete the verification of a Valid LemFi Account during the Promotion Period
- Have not previously made a transfer using LemFi
Existing LemFi transacting users, LemFi employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, influencers, or any person professionally connected to the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. Types of Prizes/Awards
£5 promotional credit applied to the Participant's LemFi account.
4. How to Claim the Prize
The £5 promotional credit will be automatically credited to eligible Participants' LemFi accounts. To unlock and use the credit, Participants must complete their account verification (where applicable) and make their first international transfer on LemFi during the Promotion Period.
5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings
- The £5 promotional credit must be used before 30th April 2026 at 23:59 (GMT), after which it will expire.
- Promotional credit can only be applied toward future international transfers and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
- Participants must comply with all LemFi User Agreement requirements.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings
Only one prize may be awarded per Participant. The promotional credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
7. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke promotional credit if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification.
LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any Participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
The Program is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.
Promotional credit can only be used against future international money transfers after such credit has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
In the event the Program is terminated or withdrawn and a Participant has an outstanding credit balance, such balance may be handled in the following manner, subject to LemFi's sole discretion at that time: the credit balance being converted into cash value credited to the Participant's LemFi account for use against future transactions; or the credit balance remaining unaffected and available for use against future transactions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE PROGRAM.
8.2. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE PROMOTION OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY REWARDS IT MAY OFFER.
9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning of rewards, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.2. If a Participant attempts to use the Promotion in breach of these Terms, the LemFi User Agreement, or in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFi will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

10. GOVERNING LAW
UK Customers — This Program is subject to the laws of England & Wales, to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
