Terms and Conditions — Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice.
Definitions (Key Terms)
Programme/Promotion: The "Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in the United Kingdom can win one of twenty-five (25) free tickets to the Bidemi Olaoba Live in London Concert after completing a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.
Reward: Twenty-five (25) eligible participants will each receive one (1) free ticket to the Bidemi Olaoba Live in London Concert. The ticket will be fulfilled in accordance with LemFi's arrangements and applicable terms.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 20th April 2026 and ends on 26th April 2026 (inclusive).
Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required qualifying transfer.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.
Qualifying Transfer: A single transaction or cumulative total of £300 or more sent to Nigeria during the promotion period.
1. Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign
You may participate in this Programme from 20th April 2026 to 26th April 2026, until the Programme is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:
- This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
- Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Rewards
- A total of twenty-five (25) winners will each receive one (1) free ticket to the Bidemi Olaoba Live in London Concert.
- Each winner is limited to one (1) ticket regardless of the total number of qualifying transactions made during the campaign period.
- The concert ticket will be coordinated and delivered by LemFi or its designated fulfilment partner to the winner via their registered contact details.
4. How to Qualify
To qualify for the Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign, participants must:
- Send £300 or more to Nigeria between 20th April 2026 and 26th April 2026 (inclusive) using their LemFi account.
- Transfers may be made across multiple transactions, provided the total reaches or exceeds £300 within the promotion period.
- Only transfers to Nigeria from a valid UK-based LemFi account will count towards the qualifying total.
- Complete the entry form provided in the campaign email, including their referral code as found in their LemFi app, as proof of transaction.
- Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transactions (transaction receipts, confirmation emails, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
- Each participant can win a maximum of one (1) concert ticket, regardless of total transfers made.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Twenty-five (25) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the promotion period.
- Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within a reasonable time after the campaign ends.
- Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe stated in the notification.
- Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward and selection of an alternative winner.
6. Concert Ticket Delivery
- The concert ticket will be delivered to winners via LemFi's designated fulfilment method, communicated at the time of winner notification.
- LemFi will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the concert ticket after winner confirmation.
- LemFi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or delivery information provided by the participant.
- The concert ticket is subject to availability and the event organiser's terms and conditions.
7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards
- The concert ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Only one (1) ticket may be awarded per winner.
- Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.
8. Receiving and Using Rewards
- LemFi reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards if a participant violates these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications related to the campaign.
- The promotion is void where prohibited or if any participant's account or transactions are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or irregular.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemFi shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the campaign, including indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 LemFi is not responsible for issues related to concert ticket fulfilment, event cancellations, venue changes, or any matters outside of LemFi's direct control relating to the Bidemi Olaoba Live in London Concert.
9.3 LemFi is not liable for delays or failures in reward delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, third-party fulfilment partners, or force majeure events.
10. Other Terms and Conditions
10.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Free Bidemi Olaoba Concert Ticket Campaign at any time without notice.
10.2 LemFi reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and request supporting documentation, including referral codes and transaction records.
10.3 This promotion cannot be combined with any other LemFi promotions unless explicitly stated.
10.4 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their first name or username for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law
For customers in the United Kingdom, this campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
