Campaign Overview

The “Refer a Friend and Earn 1000 points” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by LemFi (the “Organizer”). By participating in this Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on August 11, 2025 and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility Criteria to Earn 1000 Points

To qualify for the reward:

You must have received direct marketing communication from LemFi regarding this Campaign.

As the referrer, you must:

• Be an existing LemFi customer based in the United States.
• Have completed at least one successful transfer to Nigeria prior to referring others.
• Use your unique referral code to invite friends to download, sign up, and use LemFi.

Referred friends must:

• Be new users who have never signed up or transacted with LemFi before.
• Be based in the United States and at least 18 years old.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• LemFi employees, contractors, and affiliates.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, or individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
• Any individual found abusing the referral system through fraudulent activity, including the creation of multiple accounts.

To qualify for the full 1000 points reward, the Referred Friend must:

• Make their first transfer of any amount to Nigeria – this earns the referrer 1000 points, credited within 1 week after the Campaign ends.

3. How to Participate

To participate, the referrer must have completed a prior successful transfer to Nigeria before participating.

4. How the Rewards Work

• Referrer must have completed a prior successful transfer to Nigeria before participating.
• For each eligible referral:
  • 1000 points are earned when the referred user completes their first transfer of any amount to Nigeria.
• Example: Referring one qualifying friend earns you 1000 points total.
• Only the first 300 eligible referrers will receive the full 1000 points reward.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants will be disqualified for any of the following:

• Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts.
• Cancelled or reversed transactions by the referred user.
• Any fraudulent activity, including:
  • Fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes through spam or unauthorized methods.
  • Attempting to manipulate transactions or exploit the referral system.

6. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during this Campaign will be used solely for its administration and in accordance with LemFi’s privacy policy. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without notice.
• LemFi is not liable for technical issues, service disruptions, or any circumstances preventing participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their involvement in the Campaign.
