Refer-a-Friend Campaign in the USA for UK Senders

Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "Refer a Friend in the USA & Earn £20" Campaign – February/March 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Refer a Friend in the USA & Earn £20 Campaign.

Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting friends and family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Refer a Friend in the USA & Earn £20 Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "Refer a Friend in the USA & Earn £20" campaign is open to existing UK-based LemFi users who refer friends residing in the United States using their unique referral code. For each successful referral, the referred friend must sign up using the code, fully verify their account, and complete a single transfer of $100 or more to Kenya during the campaign period.

Prize/Reward: £20 cashback credited to the Referrer's LemFi wallet for each successful referral (i.e., each referred friend in the USA who completes the qualifying transfer of $100 or more to Kenya).

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on February 9, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant/Referrer: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully
verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

Referee/Referred Friend: A new user who resides in the United States, has never previously held or registered a LemFi account, signs up using the Referrer's unique referral code, completes full account verification (KYC), and performs a qualifying transfer.

Qualifying Transfer: A single international money transfer of $100 USD or more (or equivalent in supported currency) from the Referee's LemFi account to a recipient in Kenya, completed and settled during the Promotion Period.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between February 9, 2026, and March 31, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

Rewards Breakdown:

• The Referrer will receive £20 cashback credited to their LemFi wallet for each successful referral.
• The reward is credited once the Referred Friend completes a Qualifying Transfer of $100 or more to Kenya.
• Cashback will be credited within 7 working days after the Qualifying Transfer has been successfully settled.
• There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can invite during the campaign period. Rewards are earned for each qualifying successful referral.

For Example:
If you refer 3 friends in the USA and each of them signs up using your code, fully verifies their account, and sends $100 or more to Kenya during the campaign period, you will receive 3 × £20 = £60 in cashback credited to your LemFi wallet.

4. How to Qualify

To earn the £20 reward for each referral, all of the following must occur:

• You share your unique referral code (found in the LemFi app under the Referrals or Invite section) with friends residing in the United States.
• The Referred Friend (new user in the USA) signs up for a LemFi account using your referral code.
• The Referred Friend completes full account verification (KYC).
• The Referred Friend completes a Qualifying Transfer of $100 or more to Kenya during the Promotion Period.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• This offer is valid only during the promotion period: February 9, 2026 to March 31, 2026.
• Only transfers originating from the United States to Kenya are eligible for this promotion.
• Referred users must create a new account using your referral code and send $100 or more to Kenya within the campaign period for the referral to be considered successful.
• Users who signed up with a referral code before the start of the campaign period (before February 9, 2026) are not eligible for this promotion.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or referrals made in bad faith are not permitted and will be disqualified.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion and any associated rewards if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

UK Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
