Terms and Conditions for New User Reward Points Campaign
Effective Date: January, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LemFi First Transfer Reward Campaign ("Campaign") and the earning, receiving, conversion, or redemption of LemFi Reward Points ("LemFi Points") awarded under this Campaign.
LemFi Points are offered by LemFi through Pomelo Technology US Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two LLC (collectively, "LemFi", "we", "our" or "us"). LemFi Points are not affiliated with, issued, or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.
These Terms apply to all LemFi customers ("LemFi Customer(s)", "user(s)", "you", "your") participating in the Campaign and who earn, use, redeem, or convert LemFi Points. These Terms are supplemental to, and must be read together with, the current applicable LemFi Customer Terms ("Customer Terms").
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on May 13th, 2026, and ends on June 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Campaign Period").
3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open only to individuals who:
3.1 Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
3.2 Are residing in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.;
3.3 Have not successfully completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Campaign ("New User");
3.4 Successfully complete identity verification ("KYC") and activate their LemFi account;
3.5 Received marketing communication directly from LemFi regarding this Campaign, however, receipt of marketing is not required; and
3.6 Successfully completed a qualifying international money transfer of at least $200 USD during the Campaign Period.
LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
4. How to Participate
4.1 New User Reward
Eligible New Users who complete their first successful international money transfer of at least $200 USD during the Campaign Period will receive $20 in LemFi Reward Points.
a) The qualifying transfer must be successfully completed and must not be canceled, reversed, refunded, or charged back.
b) Transactions below $200 USD are not eligible for the reward.
c) Only the first successful qualifying transfer is eligible under this Campaign.
d) Reward Points will be credited to the eligible user's LemFi account within 5 working days after the qualifying transaction is completed.
e) Limit of one (1) reward per eligible New User.
5. Disqualification Criteria
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
5.1 If a LemFi user cancels, reverses, refunds, or disputes their qualifying transaction;
5.2 If a LemFi user violates these Terms or the Customer Terms;
5.3 LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
a) Creating fraudulent accounts; or
b) Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.
6. Definitions
6.1 What are LemFi Points?
The LemFi Points are promotional reward points that you may earn, convert, or redeem for a specified monetary value toward future international money transfers made through LemFi, at LemFi's sole discretion, after completing the qualifying activities as defined in these Terms or applicable promotional campaign terms.
7. How are LemFi Points Earned?
LemFi Points may be earned when a user performs one or more of the following qualifying activities ("Qualifying Activities"):
7.1 When an existing user refers a new user to LemFi who completes an international money transfer of $200 or more to LemFi approved countries;
7.2 When a first-time transaction of at least $200 is made by a new user who applies a valid Referral Code during sign-up or at the time of their first transfer.
7.3 When a new or existing user performs certain actions specified by LemFi ("Action Based Incentives"), including but not limited to:
a) LemFi Account Activation: New user successfully completes the required Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification and fully activates their LemFi account;
b) Participation in LemFi's Limited Time Promotional Campaign: promotional campaign may differ and provided the campaign offers LemFi Points as a reward, new or existing users participation in such campaigns may result in earning the LemFi Points;
c) User Incentives: LemFi Points may be offered to certain users, including dormant users, who successfully perform one or more of the qualifying activities within a specified period;
d) Participation in Volume Boost Campaigns: New and existing users may be awarded LemFi Points upon completion of international money transfer(s) meeting minimum thresholds during a defined campaign period ("Campaign Period"); and
e) Participation in specific Promotional Campaigns: New and existing users may earn 10% of the qualifying transaction amount, capped at a maximum of 50 LemFi Points for transfers above $500, where expressly stated.
8. What are Not LemFi Points
LemFi Points are not property, money, or currency; have no cash or monetary value unless expressly specified by LemFi; are not accepted by third parties; and do not constitute a financial product, account balance, electronic wallet balance, or payment instrument.
9. Eligibility Conditions to Earn LemFi Points
You may earn the LemFi Points only if:
9.1 You are a new or existing LemFi user;
9.2 You complete one or more Qualifying Activities or participate in Action-Based Incentives;
9.3 You are not subject to any restrictions imposed by LemFi;
9.4 You comply with the Customer Terms; and
9.5 You comply with applicable LemFi promotional campaign terms ("Promotional Campaign Terms").
10. Additional Restrictions
LemFi Points will not be awarded, earned, or used for:
10.1 Domestic transfers or transfers to restricted or unapproved countries;
10.2 Refunds, reversals, or failed transactions;
10.3 Fraudulent, abusive, or non-genuine activity;
10.4 Any other restrictions applied by LemFi at its sole discretion; or
10.5 Transfers, sales, or assignments of LemFi Points to another user.
11. Redeeming LemFi Points
LemFi Points may be redeemed only toward future international money transfers of more than $1 to the LemFi approved countries, provided you have sufficient LemFi Points.
LemFi Points do not expire, unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific campaign. Where expiration or conditions apply, they will be clearly disclosed in the applicable Promotional Campaign Terms. Failure to meet campaign requirements will result in points not being awarded.
12. Suspension, Termination, and Corrections
12.1 LemFi may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these Terms or the Customer Terms;
12.2 LemFi may withdraw or cancel LemFi Points at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if fraud or abuse is suspected;
12.3 LemFi reserves the right to correct errors or reverse invalid LemFi Points at its sole discretion; and
12.4 Where LemFi Points have been redeemed but were granted in error, LemFi may withhold future LemFi Points of equivalent value or quantity.
13. Disputes Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation, either informally or through the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Mediation Procedures.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgement on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Taxation
You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your participation in the LemFi Points program.
15. Privacy
Your personal information may be shared with Pomelo Technology US Inc., and Pomelo Two US LLC group entities as permitted by law. Please visit and review our Privacy Notice for further information.

17. General Exclusions & Liability
LemFi is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMFI NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS WILL BE LIABLE TO THE LEMFI CUSTOMER OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES UNDER THESE TERMS (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, IN LAW OR EQUITY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR LOST PROFITS OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
