Churned User Reactivation Campaign (EU - Ghana)

Terms and Conditions for EU LemFi's "Churned User Reactivation" Campaign – June 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Churned User Campaign.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of receiving a reward. This Churned User Campaign ("Campaign") is offered by LemFi and its applicable European entities.

Definitions (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Churned User Campaign is open to eligible users residing in participating European countries whose last successful transfer occurred on or before April 5, 2026 (inactive for 60+ days).

Reward: Eligible Participants will receive €5 in Reward Points when they complete a qualifying transfer of €50 or more from a participating European country to Ghana during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period: The Campaign begins on June 5, 2026, and ends on June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.

Participant: The Campaign is open to existing LemFi users residing in eligible European countries whose last successful transfer to Ghana occurred on or before April 5, 2026.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in an eligible European market, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard Terms of Service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this Campaign between June 5, 2026, and June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET, unless LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies the Campaign earlier.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This Campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must:

• Reside in an eligible European country where LemFi services are available.
• Have a fully verified LemFi account.
• Comply with all applicable LemFi Terms of Service.
• Receive official communication regarding this Campaign.
• Complete a qualifying transfer to Ghana during the Promotion Period.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This Campaign is only open to LemFi customers who receive official communication about the promotion.

3. Rewards

Eligible Participants will receive €5 in Reward Points when they complete a qualifying transfer of €50 or more to Ghana during the Promotion Period.
The Reward is limited to one reward per eligible Participant during the Campaign.

4. How to Qualify for the Reward

To qualify:

• Complete a transfer from an eligible European country to Ghana between June 5, 2026, and June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.
• The transfer amount must be at least €50.
• The transfer must be successfully completed and not cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
• The Participant must satisfy all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Qualified Participants will receive €5 in Reward Points in accordance with LemFi's reward fulfilment process.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from eligible European countries to Ghana.
• Only the first qualifying transfer during the Campaign Period is eligible for Reward Points.
• Reward Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash outside of the LemFi platform.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated by LemFi.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant:

• Has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• Has violated the LemFi User Agreement.
• Has acted fraudulently, abusively, or in bad faith.
• Has had their account restricted or closed pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Reward Points will be credited to the Participant's LemFi account within 5 working days following successful verification of eligibility.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Cancelling, reversing, or refunding a qualifying transaction.
• Creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• Manipulating transactions to unfairly obtain rewards.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LemFi shall not be liable to any Participant or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in this Campaign, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

9.1
LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, reward fulfilment, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be made by LemFi in its reasonable discretion and shall be final.

9.2
If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or violates any applicable law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant's account and revoke any associated rewards.

10. Governing Law

EU Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
