1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the contest organized by POMELO REMITS EUROPE LTD, operating under the brand LemFi, a financial services provider authorized and regulated in Ireland.

This contest aims to promote the use of LemFi, a secure, fee-free app for sending money from Europe to Africa.

By participating in the “Golden Transfer” contest, entrants fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Description

LemFi invites its users to share the reactions of their loved ones after sending them money via the app.
Three (3) winners will be selected from eligible participants:

• 1st Prize: 250€
• 2nd Prize: 150€
• 3rd Prize: 100€

3. Participation Period

• The contest will run from April 18 to April 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Parisian time).

• Winners will be randomly selected and announced via Instagram Story on April 26, 2025 at midday.

4. How to Participate

To validly enter the contest, participants must:

• Send money using the LemFi app between April 18 and April 25, 2025
• Capture the reaction of the recipient (e.g., video, voice message, or screenshot)
• Submit the content via Instagram DM or post it in their Instagram Story by tagging @LemFi and using the hashtag #GoldenTransfer
• Bonus: Share the contest post in your Instagram Story to double your chances

Personal data (names, amounts, etc.) may be blurred. Only the transfer proof and recipient’s reaction are required.

5. Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Be 18 years old or older
• Reside in a European country
• Hold a verified LemFi account (completed profile with validated KYC)
• Have made at least one money transfer during the contest period
• Follow all the participation steps

6. Prize Distribution

Prizes will be sent via the LemFi app.
Each winner may choose to:

• Receive the prize directly to their LemFi account
• Use LemFi to send the prize to a loved one in Africa

LemFi reserves the right to request any necessary information to process the prize (contact info, LemFi ID, etc.).

7. Exclusions

Not eligible to participate:

• LemFi employees or contractual partners
• Influencers paid for this campaign
• Anyone not meeting all participation requirements
• Multiple entries (only one LemFi account per participant)

8. Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any entry in the event of:

• Fraud or attempted manipulation
• Failure to comply with the rules
• Creation of multiple accounts
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

9. Disclaimer

LemFi is not liable for:

• Technical issues preventing participation
• Incomplete or inaccurate data submitted by participants
• Malfunctions of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram)

10. Data Protection

• All data collected will be used exclusively for managing the contest and will be deleted within 30 days of the winners’ announcement.

• No data will be sold or shared.

11. Governing Law

• This contest is subject to the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

• In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the participant’s place of residence.
