Terms and Conditions for LemFi's Europe Referral & Earn Campaign
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Referral & Earn Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Referral & Earn Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The Referral & Earn Campaign is open to LemFi Europe users who refer friends using their referral code. For each successful referral, the referred friend must sign up and complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more during the campaign period: May 20th – June 30th, 2026.
Prize: €10 per successful referral, plus an additional €50 bonus for every 5 referred friends who each complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more. Rewards apply only to the referrer.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins May 20th, 2026, and ends June 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi Europe customers with a fully verified account.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in a supported European corridor, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
Qualifying Transfer: A transfer of €100 or more completed by a referred user during the campaign period.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between May 20th and June 30th, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
- This campaign is open to all LemFi Europe users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in a supported European corridor, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
- The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Prizes / Rewards
Rewards Breakdown:
- The referrer will earn €10 for each friend who signs up using their referral code and completes a qualifying transfer of €100 or more during the campaign period.
- The referrer will earn an additional €50 bonus for every 5 referred friends who each complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more. This bonus will be credited to the referrer's LemFi wallet within 7 working days of the 5th qualifying referral being confirmed.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals a Participant may make during the campaign period. The €50 bonus applies for every group of 5 successful referrals completed.
For Example:
- 5 friends download the app using your referral code and each complete a €100 transfer: you earn 5 × €10 = €50 in referral bonuses, plus an additional €50 milestone bonus — making your total reward €100.
- 10 friends complete the qualifying transfer: you earn 10 × €10 = €100, plus 2 × €50 milestone bonuses = €200 total.
4. How to Qualify
To earn rewards, you must:
- Share your referral code, found in the LemFi app, with friends.
- Your referred friends must sign up using your referral code and complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more across any supported European corridor during the campaign period.
- Each referred friend must be a new LemFi user who has not previously held a LemFi account.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winnings
- This offer is valid only during the promotion period: May 20th – June 30th, 2026.
- The campaign is open to users across all supported corridors in Europe.
- Referred users must create a new account using the referrer's code and complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more within the campaign period for the referral to be considered successful.
- Users who signed up with a referral code before the start of the campaign period are not eligible for this promotion.
- Rewards apply only to the referrer. Referred friends do not earn a reward under this campaign.
- Self-referrals and referrals between individuals sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or household may be disqualified at LemFi's sole discretion.
6. Campaign Trigger Emails
- Participants who successfully refer at least 1 user will be entered into the campaign segment and will receive an automated email with guidance on how to maximise their referral rewards.
- Participants who have successfully referred 4 users will receive an automated reminder email notifying them that they are 1 referral away from earning their €50 milestone bonus.
7. Receiving and Using Rewards
- LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
- Accrued rewards can only be used against future international money transfers after such bonuses have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
- Rewards will be credited in EUR to the referrer's LemFi wallet within 7 working days of each qualifying referral being confirmed.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
9. Other Terms and Conditions
9.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of rewards, or compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFi will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

10. Governing Law
European Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides within Europe. LemFi and the Participant shall submit to the relevant courts in respect of any claims or disputes arising from this campaign.
