TGIF JUNE 2025 CASHBACK TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the June 2025 TGIF - 1% Cashback Giveaway.

Promotion Sponsor

Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in LemFi June TGIF - 1% Cashback Giveaway (or the "Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion:
The June TGIF - 1% Cashback Giveaway is only available to selected users in the United Kingdom.
The eligible promotion participant will receive a 1% cashback (capped at £50) in their wallet for every successful international money transfer they make to Nigeria from 12th June to 13th June 2025( midnight).

Prize:
The prize is a 1% cashback (capped at £50), in GBP, on any amount sent from the UK to Nigeria.
Rewards from the existing LemFi Rewards system will not be affected for the duration of the campaign.

Promotion Period:
June 12th (when announced) to June 13th, 2025 (midnight).

Referral Code:
There is no referral code involved in this campaign, as it is targeting existing customers.

Participant:
Only those LemFi customers to whom the promotion is being offered on the LemFi App.

Valid LemFi Account:
The customer needs to have verified their identification or be an unrestricted account user.

LemFi 1% Cashback Program Period

You may participate in this Program from time of announcement on 12th June until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

Eligibility to Participate

• Only selected LemFi existing customers.

Types of Prizes/Awards

• 1% cashback (capped at £50), in GBP of transaction value, sent to Nigeria.

How to win Cashback

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
• Eligible users have to make a transfer of any amount to Nigeria within the promotion period to qualify for a cashback
• Customers will receive their 1% cashback (capped at £50) by the next working day after making a transfer to Nigeria.

Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

• You are a legal resident of the United Kingdom
• You have a fully verified LemFi account
• You send money internationally to Nigeria within the valid promotional period.

Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winning

• The cashback offer doesn’t apply to multicurrency conversions between your GBP and NGN wallets.
• Transfers to countries other than Nigeria do not qualify

Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback points if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

Program is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.

Accrued cashback and Points can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT £10 VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

Other Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of Referral Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

Governing Law

UK Customers - This Program is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
