1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins March 11, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.

• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. How to Participate:

To qualify for the campaign

• Send Money: Make at least two transfers of any amount to your friends and family in Nigeria between March 11 and March 31, 2025.

• Participants conducting the most number of money transfers shall have the greatest chance to win the prize (“Iftar Box”).

• 30 people will receive Iftar boxes.

4. Rewards

• 30 participants will be selected to each receive an Iftar gift box filled with Nigerian goodies.

• LemFi does not provide any warranty, quality or other assurance over the content of the Iftar box nor represent that the Iftar box is fit for use. Winner accepts that LemFi is not aware of any allergy requirements in distributing the Prize and not responsible for its subsequent consumption by anyone.

• The Winners shall be notified via email if they won the prize and shall be asked to provide their contact details and any other information required.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

5. Winner Selection

• Only users who have made multiple transfers within the qualifying period will be entered into the draw

• Decisions will be made by LemFi’s through a random selection process and shall be final.

• 30 winners will be announced in 3 batches on March 21, 26 & April 4, 2025

• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email

6. Prize Distribution

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the winners within 7 days after the winners are announced.

• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.
  LemFi shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the

• winners. In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of prizes, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained..

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Failing to make multiple transfers within the campaign duration - March 11 to March 31, 2025.
• Violation of LemFi’s terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
