Campaign Period

The campaign begins on March 1, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Eligibility criteria to Earn $110

• You as the Referer must be an existing LemFi customer;
• You must use your own unique Referral code to Invite your friends to download, signup, and use LemFi;
• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before through LemFi;
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
  • Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• The Referred Friend must be based in the United States and at least 18 years old;
• Once the Referred Friend(s) have downloaded the LemFi App, they must successfully transfer $100 (“Qualifying Transfer”) or more to Nigeria in a single transaction during the Campaign Period (“March 1, 2025, and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM”).

How to Participate

To earn $110, Lemfi existing User must:

• Ensure that they Refer at least three friends who comply with the Eligibility Criteria.

How Does the Rewards Work

• To Earn $110, a Referer must successfully introduce at least 3 Friends complying with the Eligibility Criteria. Generally, each successful referral of a Friend shall entitle the Referer to earn only $20, however, where the number of successful referrals is equal to 3 referred Friends that shall entitle the Referer to additional $50 bonus in addition to $20 earned per Friend as referred.
  Example: 1 Friend Referred earns Referer $20
  Example 2: 3 Friends Referred earns Referer $20x3 earns $60 plus $50 bonus Cashback additional bonus making it $110.
• Where less than 3 Friends have been successfully Referred, the Referer shall only be entitled to $20 per Friend successfully Referred; and
• LemFi existing users get $20 or $110 Cashback (as applicable) when the Referred Friends complete their Qualifying Transfer within the Campaign Period;
• The Referer will receive their $50 bonus Cashback 7 days after the Campaign has concluded.

Additional Chance to Win $500 by the Referer

How Does this Work:

• Where a Referer has earned $110 during the Campaign Period, they may also have a chance to enter into a separate Prize Draw, where they may win an additional $500 provided they have made the most successful number of overall Referrals during the Campaign Period.
• LemFi will select 1 winner with the highest referral for the month of March for a cash price of $500.
• Decisions on the Winner will be made by LemFi’s through a random process with the Referer with the highest number of referrals for the month of March.
• Where there is more than one Referer with the highest referral, only one such Referer will be selected from a random selection process.
• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email.

$500 Cash winner Prize Distribution

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the winners within 7 days after the winners are announced.
• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.
• LemFi shall not be held liable to the Winner if their LemFi Account is suspended, revoked, terminated or withdrawn for any reason whatsoever before or after the Winner receives any prize due.
• In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of prizes, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained.

Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.
• If a referred user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through Spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
