Terms and Conditions for LemFi Weekend Reward Points Campaign (Europe to Ghana) – March 2026

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Weekend Reward Points Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Weekend Reward Points Campaign (the "Weekend Reward Points Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi
Terms and Conditions.

Promotion: The "Weekend Reward Points Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can earn €10 equivalent in reward points after completing a qualifying single transfer of €200 or more to Ghana.
Prize: €10 equivalent in Reward points credited to the Participant's LemFi account within five (5) working days after the Qualified Transaction has been successfully completed.
Promotion Period: From 00:00 GMT, 21st March 2026 to 23:59 GMT, 22nd March 2026.
Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.
Participant: Existing LemFi customers with legal residence in the European Union who meet the eligibility criteria.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

1. LemFi Weekend Reward Points Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 00:00 GMT, 21st March 2026 to 23:59 GMT, 22nd March 2026, until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

Rewards are limited to a maximum pool of 1,000 eligible participants and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Campaign will automatically end once the reward pool has been exhausted, even if this occurs before the Promotion Period ends.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above. Participants must reside in the European Union, have a fully verified LemFi account in good standing, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, partners, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
• Holders of accounts created fraudulently or flagged for suspicious activity.

3. Types of Prizes/Awards

Each eligible Participant who meets the criteria will receive €10 equivalent in Reward points credited to their LemFi account. The reward applies to the first Qualified Transaction only, with a maximum of one (1) reward per user.

4. How to Earn the Reward Points

Participants must:
Send €200 or more in a single transfer to Ghana during the Promotion Period (21st March 2026 to 22nd March 2026).

5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

• Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and applicable laws.
• Reward points are limited to one per qualifying user.
• Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period.
• Only eligible transactions sent from Europe to Ghana qualify for the reward.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity or account irregularities.

6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings

• A maximum of one (1) €10 reward points prize per Participant.
• Reward points will be credited within five (5) working days after the Qualified Transaction has been successfully completed.
• Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, contractors, partners, or influencers.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
• Multiple transactions do not qualify for multiple rewards.

7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke reward points if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the
LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification.

LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued reward points can only be redeemed for future transfers within the LemFi app after such points have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Weekend Reward Points Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi's maximum aggregate liability to a Participant and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be the then-current €10 value of the Participant's unspent reward points under this Program.

10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Weekend Reward Points Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion, earning of Reward points, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

10.2. If a Participant attempts to use this Program in breach of the Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement, or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
