Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Summer Giveaway" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Summer Giveaway Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. (“LemFi”) (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”).

Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Summer Giveaway Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice.

Definitions: Key Terms

• Program/Promotion: The Summer Giveaway Campaign is open to users who make a single transfer of £300 or more to Nigeria during the campaign period.

• Prize:

  • 3 users will each win a holiday voucher worth £500 to travel to a European destination of their choice (includes flights and hotel).
  • 10 qualifying senders will be randomly selected to receive £50 cashback.

• Promotion Period: May 9, 2025 – May 31, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM GMT.

• Participant: Open to new and existing LemFi customers who make a qualifying transfer of £300 or more to Nigeria during the campaign.

• Valid LemFi Account: Must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between May 9 and May 31, 2025, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive a direct communication regarding this promotion.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes / Awards

At the end of the campaign, 3 qualified users will each win a holiday voucher worth £500 to travel to a European destination of their choice, covering both flights and hotel. Additionally, 10 users will be randomly selected to receive £50 cashback.

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a single transfer of £300 or more from the UK to Nigeria between May 9 and May 31, 2025
• 3 users will each win a holiday voucher worth £500 and 10 qualifying senders will be randomly selected to receive a £50 cashback credited directly to their LemFi wallet.
• The winners will each receive their holiday vouchers and £50 cashback within 7 days after they are announced.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

LemFi users who make a single transfer of £300 or more to Nigeria, within the qualifying period will stand a chance to win holiday vouchers worth £500 and cashback of £50.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. .

8. Other Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

• If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. Governing Law

UK Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
