Refer 3 Friends to LemFi & Earn Rewards!

1. Campaign Period

This referral campaign runs from May 5th, 2025, to May 31st, 2025 (inclusive). Transactions must be completed within this period to qualify for Rewards.

2. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to existing customers residing in any European country currently supported on the LemFi app.

• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before through LemFi

• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
  • Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. How to Qualify

To earn Rewards, you must:

• Share your referral code found in the LemFi app with a minimum of three friends.

• Your friends must sign up using your code and send €50 (“Qualfying Transfer”) or more to Nigeria during the campaign period.

4. REWARDS

Rewards Breakdown:

• €15 cashback each for you and your friend when they complete their first Qualifying Transfer, credited directly to your LemFi wallet within 24 hours of each friend’s successful Qualifying Transfer.
• €30 additional bonus when at least three of your referred friends each send at least €50 to Nigeria.

Example: 3 Friends download and use LemFi each sending €50 to Nigeria would entitle you to 3x €15. In addition, €30 for the three friends making your total entitlement to €75.

5. Rewards Payouts

• The €30 bonus will be credited within 7 days after the campaign ends (by June 11, 2025).
• To qualify for the €30 bonus, at least three of your referred friends must complete a qualifying transaction before May 31st, 2025.

6. Unlimited Referrals

• You can refer as many friends as you like and earn multiple rewards within the campaign period.

• Every set of three successful referrals earns you an additional €30 bonus.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• By participating in this campaign, you agree that LemFi may collect and process certain personal data necessary to verify your eligibility and process rewards.

• LemFi will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.

• If a referred user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.

• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes in unauthorized or spammy ways.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

9. General Terms & Conditions

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or referral programs.

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• LemFi reserves the right to terminate, discontinue this promotion at any time at its sole discretion

• The Rewards may be amended at any time without prior notice and you accept this unconditionally.

• The promotion is subject to general Terms & Conditions of LemFi Services.

• LemFi does not accept any liability for any failed or delayed transactions carried out by your Friends, which might have entitled you any Rewards.
