Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Send €300 in a single transfer and earn €15" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Send €300 in a single transfer and earn €15 campaign.
By participating in the LemFi Send €300 or more and earn €15, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

• Program/Promotion: The Send €300 or more and earn €15 campaign is open to users who have sent between €250 - €750 monthly on average in the last 90 days.
• Prize: These users will receive €15 when they send €300 or more in a single transfer.
• Promotion Period: The campaign begins August 27, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
• Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers who have sent between €250 - €750 monthly on average in a single transaction in the last 90 days.
• Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between August 27 and August 31, 2025, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders will receive a cashback of €15 when they send €300 or more to Nigeria.

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a transfer of €300 or more from Europe to Nigeria between August 27 and August 31, 2025.
• Qualified senders will receive a cashback of €15 credited to their LemFi account.
• The €15 will be credited to the qualified users within 7 days after the campaign ends.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

LemFi users who send €300 or more from Europe to Nigeria, within the qualifying period, will get a cashback of €15.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
• Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to Participants and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be the then-current €10 value of the Participant’s unspent monetary reward under the campaign.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

• If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. Governing Law

• UK Customers: This campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
