Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s 12 Days of Giving Campaign

By participating in the LemFi’s 12 Days of Giving Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The campaign is open to all new and existing users of the LemFi app who are aged 18 or older and reside in the United Kingdom.
To qualify for the prize draws, participants must send a minimum of £400 (four hundred pounds) to Nigeria via LemFi app between November 18th and December 15th, 2024 inclusive (the "Campaign Period”). The amount can be in a single transfer or cumulative transfers adding up to to meet the £400 threshold.
Only cross-border transfers to Nigerian bank accounts qualify for entry. Peer-to-peer transfers, currency conversion payments, or payments to wallets within the LemFi app are not eligible.
Employees, agents, influencers or affiliates of LemFi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Participants are automatically entered into the prize draws upon meeting the £400 transfer threshold during the Campaign Period.
Multiple entries are allowed. Each time you reach the £400 threshold transferred you qualify for an additional entry, increasing the participant’s chances of being drawn for a prize.
Transfers completed outside of the Campaign Period are not eligible for entry.
3. Prize Draws and Winners
Winners will be selected randomly through a computerized draw system.
Prizes will be awarded daily between December 12th and December 23rd, 2024, corresponding to the specified prizes for each day.
Winners will be announced daily on LemFi’s official social media pages and notified via email.
Each participant can win only one prize in total throughout the campaign, regardless of the number of qualifying entries. Once a participant is selected as a winner, their subsequent entries will no longer be eligible for other prize draws.
If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 (seven) days of the email being sent and received, LemFi reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate.
4. Prizes
The prizes for the campaign are as follows:

5. Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize under any circumstances.
All prizes will be paid directly to third-party vendors (e.g., landlords, mortgage providers, event organizers, or service providers). Winners will not receive cash equivalents.
Specific conditions may apply to certain prizes (e.g., event tickets, vouchers, or travel packages), and these conditions will be shared with the winners upon confirmation.
By accepting a prize, winners agree that their relevant details (e.g., name, email, and contact information) may be shared with third-party vendors solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. LemFi will ensure all personal details are handled in compliance with data protection laws.
6. General Terms
By entering, participants grant LemFi permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation.
LemFi is not responsible for any technical or logistical issues (e.g., network failures, incorrect details provided by the participant) that may affect participation.
Any taxes, duties, or charges arising from winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
LemFi reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
LemFi will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of participation in this campaign or use of the prizes, except where caused by negligence.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless LemFi from any claims arising from their participation in the campaign.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
