Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Refer a Friend & Earn $30" Campaign – Canada Referrers

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Refer a Friend & Earn $30 Campaign.

Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting friends and family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Refer a Friend & Earn $30 Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "Refer a Friend & Earn $30" campaign is open to existing Canada-based LemFi users who refer friends residing in the United States, United Kingdom, or supported European Union countries using their unique referral code. For each successful referral, the referred friend must sign up using the code, fully verify their account, and complete a single qualifying transfer to Rwanda during the campaign period.

Prize/Reward: $30 CAD cashback credited to the Referrer’s LemFi wallet for each successful referral (i.e., each referred friend who completes the applicable Qualifying Transfer to Rwanda).

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on February 9, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

Participant/Referrer: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Canada, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

Referee/Referred Friend: A new user who resides in the United States, United Kingdom, or a supported EU country, has never previously held or registered a LemFi account, signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral code, completes full account verification (KYC), and performs a Qualifying Transfer.

Qualifying Transfer: A single international money transfer to a recipient in Rwanda, completed and settled during the Promotion Period, of:

• $100 USD or more (if the Referee is in the United States),
• £50 GBP or more (if the Referee is in the United Kingdom),
• €100 EUR or more (if the Referee is in a supported EU country), (or the equivalent amount in any other supported sending currency from those regions).

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign during the Promotion Period until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in Canada, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

Rewards Breakdown:

• The Referrer will receive $30 CAD cashback credited to their LemFi wallet for each successful referral.
• The reward is credited once the Referred Friend completes a Qualifying Transfer to Rwanda (meeting the minimum amount based on their country of residence).
• Cashback will be credited within 7 working days after the Qualifying Transfer has been successfully settled.
• There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can invite during the campaign period. Rewards are earned for each qualifying successful referral.

For Example:
If you refer 4 friends — 2 in the USA, 1 in the UK, and 1 in Germany — and each signs up using your code, fully verifies their account, and sends the required minimum amount ($100 / £50 / €100) to Rwanda during the campaign period, you will receive 4 × $30 = $120 CAD in cashback credited to your LemFi wallet.

4. How to Qualify

To earn the $30 reward for each referral, all of the following must occur during the Promotion Period:

• You share your unique referral code (found in the LemFi app under the Referrals or Invite section) with friends residing in the United States, United Kingdom, or supported EU countries.
• The Referred Friend (new user) signs up for a LemFi account using your referral code.
• The Referred Friend completes full account verification (KYC).
• The Referred Friend completes a Qualifying Transfer to Rwanda of the applicable minimum amount based on their country of residence.

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period.
• Only transfers to Rwanda originating from the United States, United Kingdom, or supported EU countries (as applicable) are eligible for this promotion.
• Referred users must create a new account using your referral code and send the required minimum amount to Rwanda within the campaign period for the referral to be considered successful.
• Users who signed up with a referral code before the start of the campaign period are not eligible for this promotion.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or referrals made in bad faith (including bulk distribution of codes via public forums, paid ads, or similar means) are not permitted and will be disqualified.
• Only referrals to individuals with whom the Referrer has a genuine personal relationship are permitted.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion and any associated rewards if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS REFERRAL PROGRAM.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

For Canada customers: This campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You and LemFi agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
