How to enter our December Giveaway Prize Draws.
It's official: our December Giveaway is here, and we’re giving round trip flights to Nigeria from the US, Iphones and Cash! Perfect for surprising your loved ones back home – or for treating yourself to a memorable Christmas holiday.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
New customers:
- Send your first $100 or more in a single transaction with Lemfi to Nigeria between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024 (“Promotion Period”) to participate in the Prize Draw to win either an airline ticket, cash prize or an Iphone.
Existing customers:
- Send a single transaction of $300 or more between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024 (“Promotion Period”) to Nigeria to participate in the Prize Draw to win either an airline ticket, cash prize or an Iphone
You are only eligible to participate in the Prize Draw if you are resident of the United States and 18 or older and have signed up to the LemFi app.
2. NON-ELIGIBLE USERS
Employees, officers and directors of LemFi (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, influencers, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or win a prize. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any country or jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
For new customers - Download and Sign up on the Lemfi App and send $100 in a single transaction to Nigeria between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024.
For existing customers - Send at least $300 in a single transaction to Nigeria or more between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024.
How to increase your chances of winning a Prize Draw (Optional):
For both new and existing customers, every transaction of $100 or more sent to Nigeria during the Promotion Period and provided you have met the Eligibility Criteria may further entitle you to additional Prize Draw entries (limited to five entries in total):
For new customers, once you send your first $100, each subsequent transaction of $100 or more you send between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024 will earn you an additional entry. You can have up to 5 entries in total.
For existing customers, each transaction of $100 you send after the first $300 sent in the period between 11/15/2024 and 12/15/2024 will earn you an additional entry. You can have up to 5 entries in total.
Prize Draw Rules
There is no additional entry fee to enter the promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any customer entry to the Prize Draw who is in breach of these promotion terms and conditions and/or where any money transfer is made before or after the Promotion Period.
We will not tolerate any attempts to excessively manipulate the outcome in any of our Promotions. No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate, or other group entries will be accepted, including using multiple emails or LemFi accounts. We will disqualify any entries which in our reasonable opinion appear to have misused any of the methods described above.
LemFi reserves the right to refuse any participant entry to the promotion in its sole discretion without resource.
Entry into the promotion and the use of your account to send funds to Nigeria remains subject to our general terms and conditions of our Services.
For the purpose of this promotion all participants agree to our privacy Notice and accept additional data processing activities.
LemfI is not responsible for any compliance related to travel nor any other conditions applied by the airline services provider, including cancellation of flights or some other event preventing travel.
A customer who participates in the Promotion and wins an airline ticket shall only be entitled to one airline ticket, regardless of number of wins.
Each return airline ticket will be awarded to one LemFi qualifying user to their destination of choice in Nigeria. Airline tickets shall be provided by a third party authorized travel agent and not Lemfi.
A customer who wins a cash prize will either be entitled to $50 or $100 Cash Prize but not both.
A customer can only win one of three prizes: an Iphone, airline ticket or a Cash Prize.
4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
Airline Ticket:
One return airline ticket between USA and Nigeria (up to $2000 value per ticket), subject to availability.
There are 3 airline tickets to be won.
Cash Prizes:
A cash prize consists of either $50 or $100.
There are only 10x $100 and 50x $50 Prizes to be won in total under the Prize Draw.
Apple Iphone
There are a total of 2 iPHONE (I6) to be won.
5. PRIZE DRAW
The Promotion will consist of four (4) drawings, where winners will be selected to win one prize from each prize category during each entry period. Winners will be selected via an electronic randomised drawing process. The prize draw will take place in the United States at the end of the listed Promotion Period.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
No substitution transfer of any Prize or cash alternative is permitted, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the Prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for late, delayed, or undelivered Prizes.
7. WINNERS NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE SHIPPING
Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the drawing date. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the draw.
The winner’s details will be provided to vendors for shipping and handling processes. In order to redeem a Prize, the winner must agree to any terms and conditions of the third-party agency and vendors, including timeframes for redemption and bookings; otherwise, the Prize will be invalidated.
8. CONDUCT
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any third-party conditions required for fulfillment of the Prize. The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor acting reasonably, to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated Entries and/or registrations.
All prizes will be delivered one time to the details entrants provide when contacted by the Sponsor. If the address is invalid or the delivery fails, no further attempts will be made to resend the prize.
