100% in Reward Points campaign

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants involved in the “100% in Reward Points campaign - November 2025” (the “Campaign”).
Pomelo Technology US Inc. (“LemFi”), a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “LemFi”) may, from time to time, offer promotional campaigns, lotteries, awards, or incentives to its users. Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the general LemFi Terms and Conditions (together, the “Terms & Conditions”), as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. LemFi may, at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, suspend, or modify the Campaign or these Terms.

Definitions (Key Terms)

Qualified Transaction:
A single international money transfer of any amount sent to Ghana through the LemFi app within the Campaign Period.

Program / Promotion:
“Ghana Corridor 100% in Reward Points Campaign – November 2025.”
We are rewarding Lemfi users sending money to Ghana with a chance to win Reward points equivalent to 100% of their transaction of any amount. During this Campaign, we will randomly select fifty money transfers to Ghana, which shall receive a 100% reward in points equivalent to their transaction amount.

Promotion Period:
This Campaign is valid from 1st November 2025 to 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2025, inclusive.

1. Eligibility to Participate

To qualify for participation, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Reside in a LemFi-supported country within the EU.
• Hold a valid and active LemFi account (not restricted or suspended).
• Send an eligible remittance to Ghana (GHS) during the Campaign Period.
• Employees, agents, influencers, and contractors of LemFi are not eligible.

2. Prize Details

• A total of 50 eligible transactions made during the Campaign Period will be randomly selected to receive a 100% reward in points equivalent to their transaction amount.
• Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by LemFi at its sole discretion.
• Reward points will be issued as electronic money credited to the user’s LemFi account in the same currency as the original transaction.
• 12-13 winners will be selected each week during the Campaign Period, totaling 50 winners for the month of November 2025.
• Each winner shall only be entitled to one time prize.

3. How to Enter

• Make a single transfer of any amount to Ghana during the Campaign Period.
• Each qualifying transfer counts as one entry into the weekly draw.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant; each qualified transaction counts separately.
• Each week, all qualifying transfers made between Monday 00:00 GMT and Sunday 23:59 GMT will be entered into that week’s draw.

4. Conditions Applicable to Participants and Prizes

• The participant must meet all eligibility requirements.
• Reward points will only be credited to the original sender’s LemFi account.
• Reward points cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
• LemFi reserves the right to verify all transactions and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms.

5. Restrictions

The following are not eligible:

• Users with restricted or suspended LemFi accounts.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate accounts.
• Transactions that are reversed, cancelled, or flagged for compliance review.
• LemFi employees, contractors, partners, or agents.

LemFi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Campaign without notice if technical or other factors affect its operation or fairness.

6. Selection and Notification of Winners

• 12-13 winners will be randomly selected each week during the Campaign Period.
• Winners will be notified via in-app message or email within five (5) business days after each weekly draw.
• Reward points will be processed to the winners’ LemFi wallets within ten (10) business days after verification.
• LemFi’s decision on the selection of winners shall be final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemFi shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in this Campaign. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to any Participant shall not exceed the refund amount of the Participant’s winning transaction.

8. Governing Law

For customers residing in the EU, this Campaign is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU.
Participants and LemFi agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland in the event of any dispute.
