Terms and Conditions – LemFi’s Europe Weekend Level Up Campaign “Send €500 in a single transfer and get €15 cashback” - October 2025

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Weekend Level Up Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Weekend Level Up Campaign”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in LemFi Weekend Level Up Campaign (the “Weekend Level Up Campaign” or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

• Promotion: The "Weekend Level Up Promotion" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can receive €15 cashback after completing a qualifying single transfer to Nigeria.
• Prize: €15 cashback credited to the Participant’s LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
• Promotion Period: The campaign begins October 17th, 2025, and ends on October 19th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
• Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.
• Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers who have sent around €500 or €15 monthly on average in a single transaction in the last 90 days.
• Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign around October 17th, 2025, and October 19th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

Each eligible Participant who meets the criteria will receive €15 cashback credited to their LemFi wallet.

4. How to Win the Prize

Participants must:

• Send €500 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.

5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

• Participants must comply with LemFi’s User Agreement and applicable laws.
• Cashback is limited to one per qualifying user.
• Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period.
• Only eligible transactions qualify for the reward.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity or account irregularities.

6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings

• A maximum of one €15 cashback prize per Participant.
• Cashback will be credited within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
• Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
• This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the more rewards promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the More Rewards Promotion at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the more rewards promotion, earnings of cashback rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this more rewards Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. Governing Law

Europe Customers: This campaign is subject to laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
