Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "UK to Nigeria Boosted Rate" Campaign – February 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the UK to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The UK to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign is open to all eligible LemFi users sending from the UK to Nigeria during the campaign period.

Prize: Eligible participants will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 per £1 on their first transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period.

Promotion Period: The campaign runs from Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 12:00 AM GMT to Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi users who reside in the United Kingdom and hold a fully verified LemFi account.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service applicable to their region.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between Saturday, February 21, 2026, and Sunday, February 22, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above who reside in the United Kingdom, hold a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all LemFi standard terms of service applicable to their region.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.

3. Prize/Award

UK senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦10 for each £1 on their first transfer made to Nigeria during the campaign period.

4. How to Claim the Prize

Make a transfer from the UK to Nigeria between Saturday, February 21, 2026, and Sunday, February 22, 2026. The boosted rate of ₦10 per £1 will automatically be applied to the first qualifying transfer made during the campaign period.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes

The boosted rate of ₦10 per £1 applies only to the first transfer made to Nigeria during the campaign period. Subsequent transfers during the campaign period will be processed at the standard prevailing exchange rate. This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the UK to Nigeria.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this promotion, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility, prize application, or compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the reward of the Participant.

9. Governing Law

This campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
