Send Your First Transfer and Get $10 (US)

LemFi will reward you with $10 when you send your first international transfer of $10 or more. 500 winners will receive $10.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on May 5th, 2025, and ends on May 20th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility Criteria to Earn $10

• You must have an existing active LemFi account but have not made a transaction yet.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You are based in the US or in Europe.
• You must send your first successful international transfer to any country which LemFi facilitates international transfers within the campaign period mentioned above.
• Your first transaction must be at least $10 in value.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
• Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. How to Participate

To earn $10, a LemFi existing user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Send a qualifying first transaction of $10 or more.

4. How Does the Rewards Work

• To earn $10, an eligible user must successfully meet the eligibility criteria.
• Have an existing active LemFi account and be based in the United States or Europe.
• Send a qualifying first international transfer transaction.
• The user will receive their $10 bonus at the latest 15 days after the campaign has concluded.
• Only the first 500 eligible users will receive the $10.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.
• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
• No substitution or transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value.

8. Winners Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 15 business days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 15 days of the draw.

9. Conduct

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any third-party conditions required for fulfillment of the Prize. The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final, binding, and non-appealable in all respects.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be:

• Tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion.
• Acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules.
• Acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor, acting reasonably, to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the referral programme, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to any participant shall be the then-current 10 euro value of the participant’s unspent monetary reward under the referral program.

10.2 All warranties, express and implied, regarding the referral programme and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through the referral programme or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote.

11. Other Terms and Conditions

11.1 We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11.2 If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of these terms, the User Agreement, or in violation of any law or regulation, LemFi will have the right to suspend or terminate the account or void the rewards of either party.

12. Governing Law

US Customers — This Referral Program is subject to the laws of the State of New York, to which the Referrer, the Invitee, and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
