Terms and Conditions – LemFi 48 Hours Cashback Campaign (UK to Nigeria) – April 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi 48 Hours Cashback Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi 48 Hours Cashback Campaign (the "48 Hours Cashback Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Program or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Promotion: The "48 Hours Cashback Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can receive cashback after completing a qualifying single transfer to Nigeria, based on the following segments:
Segment A: Send £500 or more in a single transfer – receive £10 cashback
Segment B: Send £1,000 or more in a single transfer – receive £30 cashback
Prize: Cashback credited to the Participant's LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the campaign ends, based on the qualifying segment.
Promotion Period: 2nd April 2026 to 3rd April 2026.
Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.
Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in the UK who meet the eligibility criteria.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.
1. LemFi 48 Hours Cashback Campaign
You may participate in this Program from 2nd April 2026 to 3rd April 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
- This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
- Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive a direct communication regarding this promotion.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Types of Prizes/Awards
Each eligible Participant who meets the criteria will receive cashback credited to their LemFi wallet based on their qualifying segment:
Segment A: £10 cashback for a single transfer of £500 or more.
Segment B: £30 cashback for a single transfer of £1,000 or more.
4. How to Win the Cashback
Participants must:
Send a qualifying single transfer to Nigeria during the Promotion Period (2nd April 2026 to 3rd April 2026) as follows:
Segment A: Send £500 or more in a single transfer to receive £10 cashback.
Segment B: Send £1,000 or more in a single transfer to receive £30 cashback.
Only the highest qualifying segment cashback will be awarded per Participant. Cashback rewards are not cumulative across segments.
5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings
- Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and applicable laws.
- Cashback is limited to one reward per qualifying user, based on the highest eligible segment.
- Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period.
- Only eligible transactions qualify for the reward.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity or account irregularities.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings
- A maximum of one cashback prize per Participant.
- Cashback will be credited within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
- Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
- This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)
This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.
8. Receiving and Using Rewards
8.1. LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
8.2. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant's e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
8.3. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the 48 Hours Cashback Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the 48 Hours Cashback Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the 48 Hours Cashback Campaign, earnings of cashback rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is subject to the laws of England & Wales to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
