Terms and Conditions – LemFi Europe PayDay Campaign – May 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Europe PayDay Campaign (the "Promotion"). Pomelo Remits Europe Ltd. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer promotional campaigns or incentives to eligible users of its services (a "Promotion"). Any prizes or incentives under such Promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Europe PayDay Campaign (the "Europe PayDay Campaign" or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Promotion or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Promotion: The "Europe PayDay Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in Europe stand a chance to win €100 cash credited to their bank account by completing a qualifying single transfer of €500 or more during the Promotion Period. Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all qualifying Participants.
Prize: €100 cash credited to the winner's bank account within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
Number of Winners: 10 winners will be selected.
Promotion Period: 26th May 2026 to 2nd June 2026.
Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.
Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in Europe who meet the eligibility criteria.
Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.
1. LemFi Europe PayDay Campaign
You may participate in this Promotion from 26th May 2026 to 2nd June 2026 until the Promotion is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.
2. Eligibility to Participate
- This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
- Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive direct communication regarding this promotion.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Types of Prizes / Awards
Ten (10) eligible Participants who meet the qualifying criteria will each receive €100 cash credited to their bank account. Winners will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter and Win
Participants must:
- Send a qualifying single transfer of €500 or more during the Promotion Period (26th May 2026 to 2nd June 2026).
- Each qualifying transfer constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per Participant will be considered, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made.
- Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries following the close of the Promotion Period.
- Winners will be notified via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within 7 working days of the Promotion Period ending and must respond within 14 days otherwise forfeit the prize to the next eligible participant.
5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings
- Participants must comply with LemFi's User Agreement and applicable laws.
- The prize is limited to one €100 cash reward per winning Participant.
- Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period to qualify as a valid entry.
- Only eligible transactions completed through legitimate LemFi channels will qualify for entry into the draw.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity or account irregularities.
- The prize draw will be conducted fairly and at random. LemFi's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including winner selection, is final and binding.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings
- A maximum of one prize per winning Participant.
- Prize will be credited to the winner's bank account within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
- Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
- This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash outside of the participant's bank account.
- The qualifying transfer must be a single transaction of €500 or more. Multiple smaller transfers cannot be combined to meet the qualifying threshold.
7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)
This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user transaction activity.
8. Receiving and Using Rewards
8.1. LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke any prize if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
8.2. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the prize. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any Participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.
8.3. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Prize funds can only be used against future international money transfers after such prize has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Europe PayDay Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Europe PayDay Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Europe PayDay Campaign, qualification of entries, winner selection, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. GOVERNING LAW
European Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides within Europe. LemFi and the Participant shall submit to the relevant courts in respect of any claims or disputes arising from this campaign.
