Terms and Conditions – LemFi Churned Users Campaign UK to Nigeria - February 2026

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Churned Users Campaign (the "Promotion" or "Campaign"). RightCard Payment Services Limited (trading as “LemFi”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number: 09163262), authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 900424), with its registered address at The Jellicoe, 5 Beaconsfield Street, London, N1C 4EW (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer incentives for re-engaging inactive users.

By participating in the LemFi Churned Users Campaign (the “Churned Users Campaign” or the "Promotion"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Promotion or these terms. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Promotion: The "Churned Users Campaign" is a limited-time incentive targeted at users who have not made any transfers or transactions on the LemFi platform within the last 45 days or more (churned users). Eligible participants can receive £5 cashback after completing a qualifying single transfer to Nigeria.

Prize: £5 cashback credited to the Participant’s LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the campaign ends.

Promotion Period: 16th February 2026 to 22nd February 2026 (inclusive).

Referral Code: Not applicable to this promotion.

Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in the UK who have been inactive (no transfers/transactions) for 45 days or more prior to the Promotion Period, and who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi’s User Agreement (available at lemfi.com/terms or equivalent).

1. LemFi Churned Users Campaign

You may participate in this Promotion from 16th February 2026 to 22nd February 2026 until the Promotion is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above who have not completed any transfers or transactions on LemFi within the last 45 days or more (as determined by LemFi's records).

Participants must:

• Reside in the UK;
• Have a fully verified LemFi account; and
• Comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• Receive official direct communication from LemFi (e.g., email, in-app notification, or banner) inviting them to participate in this churned users promotion.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is targeted and not open to all LemFi customers—only those who receive official communication and meet the churn criteria are eligible.

3. Types of Prizes/Awards

Each eligible Participant who meets the criteria will receive £5 cashback credited to their LemFi wallet.

4. How to Qualify for the Cashback

Participants must:
- Send £150 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.
Transfers must be completed and settled (funds disbursed to the recipient) within the Promotion Period.
- The cashback is awarded only once per eligible Participant (one qualifying transfer suffices).

5. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

• Participants must comply with LemFi’s User Agreement and applicable laws.
• Cashback is limited to one per qualifying churned user/Valid LemFi Account.
• Transfers must be completed and settled during the Promotion Period.
• Only eligible transactions (single transfers of £150+ to Nigeria) qualify for the reward.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify participants based on fraudulent activity, account irregularities, or violations of these terms.

6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winnings

• A maximum of one £5 cashback prize per Participant.
• Cashback will be credited to the Participant’s LemFi wallet within 7 working days after the Promotion ends (by approximately 3rd March 2026, subject to verification).
• Participants must not be LemFi employees, affiliates, or influencers.
• This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (except as credited to the LemFi wallet for use in accordance with LemFi’s terms).

7. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, or Promotion-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.  

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Churned Users Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

10. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

10.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Churned Users Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Churned Users Campaign, earnings of cashback rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is subject to the laws of England & Wales to which the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
