My LemFi Story Campaign

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 8th May 2026

1.OVERVIEW

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Campaign Terms") govern participation in the #MyLemFiStory Campaign (the "Campaign") operated by LemFi. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms.

1.2 The Campaign invites existing LemFi customers to share their genuine experiences with LemFi publicly on social media in exchange for a reward credited to their LemFi account.

1.3 These Campaign Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, LemFi's General Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to all participants.

1.4 LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and any other LemFi promotional terms, these Campaign Terms shall take precedence for Campaign participants.

1.5 This Campaign is open exclusively to LemFi customers who are based in and operating their LemFi account from one of the following eligible territories: the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, or a member state of the European Union. Customers based outside of these territories are not eligible to participate, regardless of their nationality or the destination of their transfers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Campaign is open to existing LemFi customers only. To be eligible to participate, a customer must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of submission:

  • (a) The customer's LemFi account must have been active for a minimum of 30 days;
  • (b) The customer must have completed a minimum of two (2) successful transactions on the LemFi platform;
  • (c) The customer's account must be in good standing with no history of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or pending investigations; and
  • (d) The customer must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of LemFi or a company or any of its affiliates.
  • (e) The customer must be based in and operating their LemFi account from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, or a member state of the European Union. Each customer may only participate in the Campaign once.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2.3 LemFi will use Customer.io to automatically tag customers as campaign-eligible once the conditions in clause 2.1 are met. Receipt of a campaign invitation email does not guarantee eligibility; LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility at the time of submission review.

3. CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE AND PROCESS

3.1 The Campaign process operates as follows:

  • (a) Eligible customers are identified and receive a personalised invitation email via LemFi's CRM system;
  • (b) The customer visits their market's dedicated Campaign landing page as specified in the invitation. The Campaign landing page can be accessed at: [https://web-preprod.lemfi.com/en-ca/my-lemfi-story]
  • (c) When you visit the Campaign page, LemFi may use cookies or similar tracking technology to show you relevant LemFi adverts on Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok;
  • (d) The customer creates and publicly posts their review on their chosen eligible social media platform(s), tagging the official LemFi account and using the designated campaign hashtag (#MyLemFiStory);
  • (e) The customer submits their LemFi-registered email address and the URL of their public post via the submission form on the Campaign landing page at [https://web-preprod.lemfi.com/en-ca/my-lemfi-story]
  • (f) LemFi's Growth team reviews the submission within 48–72 hours; and
  • (g) Upon approval, the reward is credited to the customer's LemFi account within 72 hours of approval.

3.2 Following a successful reward, participants are excluded from the Campaign for a period of May 8th - 30th weeks, after which they become re-eligible subject to clause 2.1.

4. INCENTIVE STRUCTURE AND REWARD

4.1 Eligible participants may earn one of the following rewards by completing a qualifying submission. Reward amounts are consistent across all eligible markets and will be paid in the currency corresponding to the participant's country of residence:

  • (a) Video Review Reward — $50 USD / £50 GBP / €50 EUR / $50 CAD: Post one (1) positive video review on a minimum of two (2) of the following platforms: YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok; or
  • (b) Written Review Reward — $30 USD / £30 GBP / €30 EUR / $30 CAD: Post one (1) positive written review on a minimum of two (2) of the following platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), or Facebook.

4.2 To qualify for a reward, a participant must post the same review on a minimum of two (2) eligible platforms. The reward is paid once per qualifying multi-platform submission, not per individual post.

4.3 Maximum reward cap: Participants may earn a maximum of $150 USD in total rewards per calendar month. No more than one (1) reward claim per platform per calendar month will be accepted from any single participant.

4.4 Rewards are credited exclusively to the participant's LemFi account. Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash outside the LemFi account, or exchangeable for any other form of payment.

4.5 LemFi reserves the right to adjust reward amounts, eligible platforms, or the incentive structure at any time with reasonable notice.

5. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

5.1 All submissions must comply with the following content requirements:

  • (a) Posts must be a genuine and positive reflection of the participant's personal experience with LemFi;
  • (b) Posts must be publicly visible and not restricted by privacy settings at the time of submission and for a minimum of 7 days following submission;
  • (c) Posts must tag the official LemFi social media account relevant to the platform and include the campaign hashtag #MyLemFiStory;
  • (d) Video posts must feature the participant and be recorded by the participant personally — AI-generated videos are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted under any circumstances;
  • (e) Posts must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content;
  • (f) Posts must not contain content that promotes or endorses any competitor of LemFi; and
  • (g) Posts must comply with the terms of service of the relevant social media platform and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • (h ) Videos must only use music that is free to use publicly — for example, music from YouTube's free Audio Library or similar free music platforms;

5.2 LemFi expressly prohibits the use of:

  • AI-generated video content of any kind — NO AI Videos will be accepted;
  • Purchased followers, paid engagement, or artificially inflated metrics;
  • Bot accounts or automated tools to generate engagement; and Any form of coordinated inauthentic behaviour.

5.3 LemFi will verify the authenticity of all submissions. Submissions suspected of violating clause 5.2 will be rejected, and the participant's account may be suspended.

5.4 Posts must remain live and publicly accessible for a minimum of 7 days following the date of submission. Removal or privatisation of the post within this period will render the submission ineligible and LemFi reserves the right to recover any reward already credited.

6. SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS

6.1 To submit a Campaign entry, participants must complete the submission form on their market's dedicated Campaign landing page, providing:

  • (a) Their LemFi-registered email address; and
  • (b) The direct URL(s) of the public post(s).

6.2 Submissions are reviewed manually by LemFi's Growth team. The review process includes verification of:

  • (a) Participant eligibility per clause 2;
  • (b) Content compliance per clause 5;
  • (c) Minimum engagement thresholds as determined by LemFi from time to time; and
  • (d) Post authenticity, including follower and engagement analysis.

6.3 Reviews are completed within 48–72 hours of submission, subject to volume. LemFi does not guarantee review within this period during high-volume periods.

6.4 LemFi reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion, including submissions that technically comply with these terms, where LemFi deems the content unsuitable, inauthentic, or not in the spirit of the Campaign.

6.5 All submission decisions are final. LemFi will not enter into correspondence regarding rejected submissions except where required by applicable law.

7. PARTICIPANT LIMITS PER MARKET

7.1 The Campaign is subject to the following participant caps per market. Once the cap for a market is reached, no further submissions will be accepted from that market:

  • Senders to Nigeria: 1,000 participants
  • Senders to India: 1,000 participants
  • Senders to Ghana: 500 participants
  • Senders to East Africa: 500 participants
  • Senders to the Philippines: 500 participants
  • Senders to all other eligible countries: 500 participants per country

7.2 Participant caps are applied on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which submissions are received. LemFi will use reasonable efforts to notify participants when a market cap has been reached.

7.3 LemFi reserves the right to adjust market caps at any time without notice.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT LICENCE

8.1 By submitting a Campaign entry, the participant grants LemFi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and share the submitted content (including the post and any images or video therein) for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes across any medium, including social media, advertising, and LemFi's website and app.

8.2 The participant warrants that they are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in the submitted content and that the content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

8.3 LemFi will use reasonable efforts to credit participants when reposting or sharing approved content. However, credit is not guaranteed in all instances.

8.4 The participant retains ownership of their content. This licence does not affect the participant's right to use their own content for other purposes.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

9.1 Any attempt to manipulate the Campaign process — including but not limited to submitting fraudulent content, using multiple LemFi accounts, purchasing followers or engagement, using AI-generated content, or coordinating with others to circumvent eligibility requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Campaign Terms.

9.2 Where LemFi identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive activity in connection with a Campaign submission, LemFi reserves the right to:

  • (a) Immediately reject and void the relevant submission;
  • (b) Recover any reward already credited to the participant's LemFi account;
  • (c) Suspend or permanently close the participant's LemFi account; and
  • (d) Take such further action as may be appropriate, including referral to relevant authorities.

9.3 LemFi's determination of fraudulent or abusive activity is final.

10. DATA AND PRIVACY

10.1 All personal data collected in connection with the Campaign — including name, email address, LemFi account data, and submitted content — will be processed in accordance with LemFi's Privacy Policy available at lemfi.com.

10.2 By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to LemFi processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, verifying submissions, crediting rewards, and, where consent is given under the licence in clause 8, sharing approved content.

10.3 Participant data may also be used to add participants to retargeting audiences on Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok in connection with the Campaign landing page pixel as described in clause 3.1(c). Participants can manage their advertising preferences through the relevant platform's settings.

10.4 LemFi will not sell or share participant personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in LemFi's Privacy Policy.

10.5 GDPR for EU

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO A PARTICIPANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMPAIGN SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE REWARD CREDITED OR PAYABLE TO THAT PARTICIPANT IN RESPECT OF THE RELEVANT SUBMISSION.

11.2 LEMFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION.

11.3 LemFi is not responsible for any failure to receive a submission due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or errors on the part of the participant.

12. CAMPAIGN AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION

12.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend these Campaign Terms, including reward amounts, eligibility requirements, market caps, content requirements, and eligible platforms, at any time. Where material changes are made, LemFi will use reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to participants.

12.2 Submissions completed and approved before the effective date of any amendment will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of approval.

12.3 LemFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without notice, including where LemFi determines that the Campaign is being abused or is no longer commercially viable.

12.4 Upon termination of the Campaign, no further submissions will be accepted, and any pending submissions at the time of termination will be processed under the terms in force at that time, subject to LemFi's rights under clause 6.4.

13. OTHER TERMS

13.1 These Campaign Terms constitute the entire agreement between LemFi and the participant in respect of the Campaign and supersede any prior representations or communications relating to the Campaign.

13.2 If any provision of these Campaign Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 LemFi's failure to enforce any provision of these Campaign Terms shall not constitute a waiver of LemFi's right to enforce that provision in the future.

13.4 These Campaign Terms do not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between LemFi and the participant.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

UNITED KINGDOM

14.1 These Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms or their subject matter or formation.

EUROPEAN UNION

14.3 These Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

14.4 The courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms or their subject matter or formation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to participants under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA

14.5 These Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.6 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Participants waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights participants may have under the consumer protection laws of their state or province of residence.
