Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Fathers Day" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Fathers Day Campaign.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.

By participating in the LemFi Fathers Day Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion:
The promotion is open to users who make a qualifying transfer of £150 or more during the campaign period – June 13 to June 15, 2025.

Prize:
At the end of the campaign period, 4 Lemfi users will win ₦1,000,000 each and 10 other users will win ₦200,000 each to be credited to their nominated Nigerian bank account of their fathers or father figure in Nigeria.

Promotion Period:
The campaign begins June 13, 2025, and ends on June 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM BST.

Participant:
The campaign is open to new and existing LemFi customers who make the qualifying transfer of £150 or more within the campaign period.

Valid LemFi Account:
Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

• You may participate in this campaign between June 13 and June 15, 2025, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above
• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi

3. Prizes/Rewards: 14 LemFi users will win a total of ₦6,000,000

Rewards Breakdown:

• 4 LemFi users will win ₦1,000,000 each
• 10 other users will win ₦200,000 each
• The cash prizes will be credited to the nominated Nigerian bank account of their fathers or father figure in Nigeria

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a transfer of £150 or more from the UK to Nigeria between June 13 and June 15, 2025
• 4 fathers will receive ₦1,000,000 each and 10 other fathers will receive ₦200,000 each
• The prize money will be credited to the winners’ nominated Nigerian bank accounts within 7 days after they are announced
• Winners will be announced Monday, 16th June on Instagram Live at 5 PM

5. Winner Selection

• All eligible entries will be compiled and processed using a third-party randomisation tool to ensure fairness and transparency
• A shortlist of 1,000 users will be generated at random from this pool
• The final selection of fourteen (14) winners will be conducted from the shortlisted users during a live draw on LemFi’s official Instagram page (@uselemfi) at 17:00 (BST) on Monday, 16th June 2025
• The randomisation tool shall be used solely for the purpose of winner selection. No personally identifiable information (PII) will be disclosed publicly or shared with any third parties as part of this process

6. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• This offer is valid only during the promotion period: 13th to 15th June
• Only GBP transfers to Nigeria are eligible for this promotion
• Users must send £150 or more to Nigeria within the campaign period to stand a chance to win

7. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement
• Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation
• If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant

10. GOVERNING LAW

UK Customers: This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes
