These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Compensation Campaign.
By participating in the LemFi Compensation Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Program/Promotion: The compensation campaign is open to users who had a failed transaction due to LemFi downtime between January 5th and February 26th, 2026, while attempting to send funds from the EU to Senegal.
Prize: These users will receive €5 compensation when they successfully complete their last failed transaction.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins March 13, 2026, and ends on March 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.
Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers who had a failed transaction to Senegal during the downtime period between January 5th and February 26th, 2026.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
You may participate in this campaign between March 13, 2026, and March 22, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only those who experienced a failed transaction to Senegal during the downtime period and received official communication are eligible.
Senders will receive compensation of €5 when they successfully complete their last failed transaction to Senegal.
Send Money: Successfully complete your last failed transaction from the EU to Senegal between March 13, 2026, and March 22, 2026.
Qualified senders will receive compensation of €5 credited to their wallet.
The €5 compensation will be credited to qualified users within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
LemFi users who successfully complete their last failed transaction from the EU to Senegal within the qualifying period will get compensation of €5.
This promotion is only applicable to completing the last failed transaction to Senegal that occurred during the downtime period between January 5th and February 26th, 2026.
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Compensation if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued compensation can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Compensation has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO A PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT €5 VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN.
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the compensation campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of compensation, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
