Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s Refer a Friend and Earn $40 Campaign

The "Refer a Friend and Earn $40" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer"). By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on July 23rd, 2025, and ends on August 31st, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility Criteria to Earn $40

• You as the Referrer must be an existing LemFi customer based in the United States.
• You must use your own unique Referral code to invite your friends to download, signup, and use LemFi.
• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before through LemFi.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
  • Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• The Referred Friend must be based in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Once the referred friend has downloaded the LemFi App, they must successfully do the following for you to earn $40:
  • Make their first transfer of any amount to Nigeria, which will earn you $20, deposited into your account within 1 week.
  • Make a second transfer of $100 or more to Nigeria in a single transaction during the Campaign Period. This will earn the Referrer $20 automatically in their LemFi account.

3. How to Participate

To earn $40, a LemFi existing user must:

• Ensure that they refer at least 1 friend who complies with the Eligibility Criteria.

4. How Does the Rewards Work

• To earn $40, a Referrer must successfully introduce at least 1 friend complying with the Eligibility Criteria.
• For each referred user:
  • The Referrer earns $20 when the referred user sends their first transfer to Nigeria of any amount.
  • The Referrer earns an additional $20 when the same user sends their first $100+ transfer to Nigeria.
• Example: 1 friend referred earns a Referrer $20 plus a $20 bonus, totaling $40.
• Only the first 150 eligible winners will be rewarded.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.
• If a referred user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
