Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "New User Reward Points Campaign" – May – June 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the New User Reward Points Campaign.
By participating in the LemFi New User Reward Points Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The New User Reward Points Campaign is open to new LemFi users onboarding in the European Union between May 13 and June 30, 2026.
Prize: Eligible users will receive €20 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account, which can be used toward future transfers. The points do not expire. On future transfers, you can choose to apply your earned points for a cash discount. For example, if you have 100 points, you will see its equivalent of €1 which you can choose to apply on a transfer of €100, meaning you will only pay €99 for your recipient to receive the equivalent of €100 in the recipient's currency.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins May 13, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to new LemFi users who register and onboard on the LemFi app within the EU between May 13 and June 30, 2026.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between May 13, 2026, and June 30, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
The campaign is exclusively open to new LemFi users who onboard within the EU during the Promotion Period and complete their first-ever transfer of at least €200 to Ghana.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.
3. Prizes/Awards
Eligible new users will receive €20 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account upon completing a Qualified Transaction. Points do not expire and can be applied toward future transfers.
4. How to Earn the Reward
Onboard: Register and complete onboarding on the LemFi app within the EU between May 13, 2026, and June 30, 2026.
Send Money: Make your first transfer of at least €200 to Ghana during the Promotion Period.
Qualified new users will receive €20 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account within 5 working days of the Qualified Transaction being successfully completed.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winning
- LemFi users who onboard and complete their first transfer of at least €200 to Ghana within the qualifying period will receive €20 equivalent in reward points.
- This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the European Union to Ghana.
- The reward applies to the first Qualified Transaction only. Subsequent transfers are not eligible for this promotion.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued reward points can only be used toward future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the New User Reward Points Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Other Terms and Conditions
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the Participant.

9. Governing Law
Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of Ireland, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
