Terms and Conditions for LemFi's Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign – March 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign.
By participating in the LemFi Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign is open to all LemFi users who transfer money from Europe to Nigeria during the campaign period.
Prize: Participants will receive a boosted rate of ₦5 for each €1 on every transfer made from Europe to Nigeria during the campaign period.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins Wednesday, March 11, 2026, and ends Tuesday, March 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to all existing LemFi users who make transfers from Europe to Nigeria during the campaign period.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between Wednesday, March 11, 2026, and Tuesday, March 25, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Prizes/Awards
Senders will receive a boosted rate of ₦5 for each €1 on every transfer made from Europe to Nigeria during the campaign period (March 11 – 25, 2026).
4. How to Win the Prize
Send Money: Make a transfer from Europe to Nigeria between Wednesday, March 11, 2026, and Tuesday, March 25, 2026.
Qualified senders will automatically receive a boosted rate of ₦5 for each €1 on every transfer from Europe to Nigeria during the campaign period.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning
- LemFi users who transfer from Europe to Nigeria within the qualifying period will receive a boosted rate of ₦5 for each €1 on every transfer made during the campaign.
- This promotion is only applicable to transfers from Europe to Nigeria.
- There is no limit to the number of transfers eligible for the boosted rate during the campaign period.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer, if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
The boosted rate will be automatically applied to all eligible transfers made during the campaign period.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Europe to Nigeria Boosted Rate Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, application of the boosted rate, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the boosted rate offer for the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW
Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
