Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "Referral & Earn" Campaign – Europe 2026
May 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Referral & Earn Campaign for European users.
Pomelo Technology US Inc. "LemFi", (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the "Company", "we", "us", "LemFi", interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a "Referral Program"). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Referral & Earn Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The "Referral & Earn" campaign is open to existing LemFi users in Europe who refer friends using their unique referral code. To qualify, referred friends must sign up and complete a qualifying transfer of €100 or more during the qualifying transfer window: May 8 – May 31, 2026.
Prize/Reward: €10 in-app bonus per successful referral, credited to the referrer's LemFi wallet. An additional €50 bonus is awarded for every 5 successful referrals, bringing total earnings to €100 per 5 qualifying referrals. Rewards apply only to the referrer.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins May 20, 2026, and ends on July 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.
Qualifying Transfer: A transfer of €100 or more completed by the referred user between May 8 and May 31, 2026.
Participant: Any existing LemFi customer in Europe who takes part in the Referral & Earn campaign.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in a LemFi-supported European corridor, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between May 20, 2026 and July 20, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
Note: Referred friends must complete their Qualifying Transfer between May 8 and May 31, 2026, for the referral to count towards the campaign rewards.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to all existing LemFi users who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 years and above.
- Reside in a supported European corridor.
- Hold a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
3. Prizes / Rewards
Rewards Breakdown
Per Referral Bonus: The referrer earns €10 in-app cashback for each successful referral, credited to their LemFi wallet within 24 hours of the referred friend completing a Qualifying Transfer.
Milestone Bonus: An additional €50 bonus is awarded for every 5 successful referrals who each complete a Qualifying Transfer. This bonus will be credited to the referrer's LemFi wallet within 7 working days of achieving the milestone.
Total Reward: For every 5 qualifying referrals, the referrer can earn up to €100 (€10 x 5 individual referral bonuses + €50 milestone bonus).
Example:
5 friends download the LemFi app using your referral code and each complete a €100 transfer between May 8 – May 31, 2026:
- You earn 5 x €10 = €50 in individual referral bonuses.
- You earn an additional €50 milestone bonus for achieving 5 successful referrals.
- Total reward: €100.
Referrers may continue to earn beyond 5 referrals during the campaign period. For every additional 5 qualifying referrals, the referrer will earn another €100 in rewards.
4. Segmentation & Communications
To keep participants informed of their progress, LemFi will use an automated segmentation system:
Segment 1 – Active Referrer: Users are enrolled into Segment 1 after successfully referring their first qualifying friend.
Segment 2 – Almost There: Upon reaching 4 successful referrals, users will receive an automated email notification encouraging them to refer 1 more friend to unlock the €50 milestone bonus, e.g., "You're one referral away from your €50 bonus!"
5. How to Qualify
To earn rewards, you must:
- Share your unique referral code found in the LemFi app with friends.
- Your referred friends must sign up using your referral code and complete a Qualifying Transfer of €100 or more between May 8 – May 31, 2026.
- Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have not previously registered for a LemFi account.
6. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes and Awards
- This offer is valid only during the promotion period: May 20 – July 20, 2026. Qualifying transfers by referred friends must be completed between May 8 – May 31, 2026.
- The campaign is open to users across all supported LemFi corridors in Europe.
- Referred users must create a new account and complete a Qualifying Transfer of €100 or more within the qualifying transfer window for the referral to be considered successful.
- Users who signed up with a referral code before the start of the campaign period are not eligible as referred users in this promotion.
- Rewards apply only to the referrer. Referred friends do not receive a reward under this campaign.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals involving duplicate accounts will not be eligible for rewards.
7. Receiving and Using Rewards
Individual referral bonuses (€10 per referral) will be credited to the referrer's LemFi wallet within 24 hours of the referred friend completing a Qualifying Transfer.
Milestone bonuses (€50 per 5 referrals) will be credited to the referrer's LemFi wallet within 7 working days of achieving the milestone.
Accrued cashback can only be used against future international money transfers after such bonus has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this promotion if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT €10 VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
9. Other Terms and Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to amend or terminate the campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earning of cashback, or compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, LemFi will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

10. Governing Law
This campaign is governed by the laws of the applicable European jurisdictions in which participating users reside. For users within the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection regulations shall apply. LemFi and the user shall submit to the relevant jurisdiction in respect of any claims or disputes arising from or in connection with this campaign.
