1. Campaign Period:

The campaign begins on July 18th until July 31st, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria:

• You must have an existing active LemFi account.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign.
• You are based in the USA.
• You have not sent with LemFi in the past 45 days prior to July 18th 2025.
• You must have sent at least one successful international transfer transaction using LemFi prior to the start of the campaign period.
• Send at least one transfer of $250 or more to Nigeria with LemFi during this campaign period.
• Be part of the first 300 eligible users.

3. How to Participate:

• Ensure that you meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Send at least one qualifying first transaction.

4. How Does the Rewards Work

• The user will receive 500 reward points at the latest 15 days after the campaign has concluded. The reward points will appear in their LemFi accounts.

• Only the first 300 users who become eligible will receive the 500 reward points.

• 500 points will be credited to your LemFi account within 15 days of a qualifying transaction.

• Samsung S25 phone winner will be randomly selected within 15 business days after the campaign ends.

• The winner will be contacted via email or phone.

• Failure to respond within 24 hours of being contacted will result in forfeiture of the phone, and a new winner may be selected.

5. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.
• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
