  • “Credit Reference Agency” means Equifax Limited which is registered in England with Registered No. 2425920.
  • “Credit Monitoring Services” (or “Services”) means the online provision of your credit scores and credit report by us, whether as part of a subscription service or otherwise.
  • “Free Service Criteria” refer to any criteria referred to in these terms or as applied from time to time with or without notification.
  • “Soft Credit Search” means an initial look at certain information on your credit reports without conducting a full examination of your credit history and with no impact on your credit scores or any future credit applications you might make.
  • “LemFi Customers” means a customer of RightCard Payment Services Limited (or “Rightcard”) using one or more of Rightcard products, as offered from time to time: “LemFi Savings Services”, “LemFi Remittance Services”, “LemFi Credit Services”.

1. Who We Are

1.1 The Credit Monitoring Services Services are provided by Pillar Labs Ltd (“Pillar”, “we”, “us”, “our”), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under firm reference number 996727. Pillar is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pomelo Technology US Inc.

1.2 You may only access the LemFi Credit Monitoring Services via the LemFi Mobile App which is owned and licensed by Pomelo Technology US Inc.

2. About the Credit Monitoring Services

2.1 The Credit Monitoring Services allows you to view information that the Credit Reference Agency holds about you, including:

  • Your Credit Scores: an indication of how lenders may view you.
  • Your Credit Reports: key information on accounts, balances, repayment history and public records.
  • Additional features, such as credit insights

2.2 You can also request your full statutory credit reports directly from the Credit Reference Agency.

3. Your Authorisation

3.1 By using our Credit Monitoring Services, you appoint Pillar as your Authorised Agent for the specific purposes of:

3.2 allowing you to exercise your statutory right to obtain all information held about you by any UK Credit Reference Agency, we work with.

4. How the Credit Monitoring Services Work

  • “You” authorise us, as your Authorised Agent, to request your credit data from the Credit Reference Agency from time to time so we can provide the Credit Monitoring Services to you.
  • Access to the Credit Monitoring Services depends on the Credit Reference Agency being able to match your details (name, date of birth and address). If no match is found, we cannot provide you with the Credit Monitoring Services.
  • We display your credit scores and any associated credit reports on the LemFi Mobile App.
  • We run a Soft Credit Search against your credit file held by the Credit Reference Agency. These searches are only visible to you and to the Credit Reference Agency, not to lenders.
  • You must pass an identity check carried out by us when you first use the Credit Monitoring Services. If it fails, we won’t always be able to explain the reason why the check failed.
  • We may also use your credit data to suggest LemFi credit products that you might be eligible for, subject to full credit application and our approval.

5. Who may use the Credit Monitoring Services

5.1 You must:

  • Be 18 or older;
  • Be resident in the UK;
  • Be an existing LemFi Customer ;
  • Not be suspended or barred from using Pillar or other RightCard products;
  • Consent to Pillar acting as your Authorised Agent for the purpose of the Credit Monitoring Services;
  • Consent to Pillar and its associated entities to retrieve, hold and store information related to your credit file in accordance with Pillar’s Privacy Notice;

You agree to check these Terms in the LemFi Mobile App from time to time to take notice of any changes that are made to these Terms.
