1. Campaign Overview

LemFi is offering its U.S.-based users the opportunity to participate in the Atif Aslam Giveaway & Discounted Ticket Campaign. Eligible users who send money to India or Pakistan between August 19th, 2025, and August 28th, 2025, stand a chance to:

• Receive a 10% discount code for Atif Aslam’s Houston concert on August 29th, 2025, and
• Enter into a lucky draw where 50 winners will receive a free ticket to the event.

The campaign is valid only for transactions made from the United States to India or Pakistan during the campaign period.

2. Eligibility

2.1 General Eligibility
To participate, users must:

• Have a Valid LemFi Account (see Section 2.4).
• Complete at least one successful transfer of $200 USD or more to India or Pakistan during the campaign period.
• Use the referral code ATIF10 at the time of signup or transaction.

2.2 New Users
A New User is defined as any individual who:

• Downloads the LemFi app and registers for the first time during the campaign period.
• Completes KYC verification and makes a qualifying transfer of $200 USD or more to India or Pakistan before August 28th, 2025.

2.3 Existing Users
A Valid Existing User is defined as any individual who:

• Successfully registered for a LemFi account prior to August 19th, 2025.
• Has completed the KYC verification process.
• Makes a qualifying transfer of $200 USD or more to India or Pakistan during the campaign period.

2.4 Valid LemFi Account
For the purposes of this campaign, a Valid LemFi Account is an account that:

• Is fully registered and active on the LemFi platform.
• Has completed all required KYC/identity verification steps.
• Is in good standing, with no holds, restrictions, or fraud-related issues.
• Has the ability to complete international money transfers under LemFi’s policies.

Only transactions and activities conducted through a Valid LemFi Account will qualify.
Cancelled, failed, or reversed transactions will not be considered.

3. Campaign Benefits

3.1 Discount Offer

• All eligible users who complete a qualifying transfer using code ATIF10 before August 28th, 2025 will receive a 10% discount code for Atif Aslam’s Houston concert.
• Discount codes will be sent to users via email by August 28th, 2025.

3.2 Giveaway – Free Ticket

• A total of 50 winners will be selected to receive a free ticket to Atif Aslam’s Houston concert on August 29th, 2025.
• Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

4.1 Selection Process

• Winners will be chosen through a randomized computerized draw.
• Each qualifying transfer of $200 USD or more counts as one entry into the draw. Multiple qualifying transfers increase the user’s chances of winning.
• LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding prizes.

4.2 Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email or phone after the campaign ends.
• Winners must confirm acceptance within 3 business days of notification.
• Failure to respond in time, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Prizes and discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash alternative.
• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in immediate disqualification at LemFi’s sole discretion.
• All decisions made by LemFi regarding this campaign are final and binding.

6. Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the LemFi platform or referral codes
• Violation of these terms

7.Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to LemFi’s use of your personal data for:

• Administering the giveaway
• Contacting winners
• Marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

9. General Terms

• Modification or Termination: LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice and without liability to any participant.
• Non-Transferability: Offers are personal to the recipient and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared unless explicitly authorized.
• Right to Refuse: LemFi reserves the right to refuse or reverse promotional benefits at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or violation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• LemFi’s decisions regarding all matters related to this promotion are final and binding.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• US Customers: This Referral Program is subject to the laws of the State of New York to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
• UK Customers: This Program is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
• Canadian Customers: Any disputes or claims arising under these terms and conditions shall remain subject to Canadian Arbitration Act to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi submit in accordance with the Canadian laws.

12. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice.
• Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
• If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of Referral Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.
