FAQs
The stuff people ask us.
Credit Monitor is a free feature in the LemFi app that lets you view your Equifax credit score, understand the factors affecting it, and track changes over time.
If you're already a verified LemFi customer, you can sign up in just a few taps: open the LemFi app, go to the Credit Score section, then review and accept the terms and give your consent for us to access your credit file. Once you've given consent, we'll securely retrieve your Equifax credit score, credit report information, and insights in the app.
This can happen for a few reasons: the credit bureau may not be able to match your details straight away, or your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, or address history, may not exactly match bureau records. Please check that your details in the app are correct. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
We partner with Equifax to provide your credit score and credit report information.
No, checking your own credit score through LemFi is a soft search and won't affect your score.
