Terms and Conditions for LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in the United Kingdom can win one of ten (10) Grocery Boxes each month after completing a qualifying transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward: Ten (10) eligible participants will each receive one (1) Grocery Box per monthly draw. Grocery Boxes will be delivered in accordance with LemFi's chosen fulfilment method and communicated to winners upon notification.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 1st July 2026 and ends on 1st October 2026 (inclusive).

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required qualifying transfer.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

Qualifying Transfer: A minimum transfer of £200 or more sent to Nigeria in a single transaction during the relevant monthly promotion period.

1. LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 1st July 2026 to 1st October 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
• Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.
• This campaign is specifically targeted at previously inactive ("churned") LemFi users returning to send to Nigeria.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

• A total of ten (10) winners will be selected each month and will each receive one (1) Grocery Box.
• Monthly draws will take place on 10th July 2026, 10th August 2026, and 10th September 2026.
• Each winner is limited to one (1) reward per monthly draw, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made during that month.
• Grocery Boxes will be delivered via a method communicated by LemFi upon winner notification.

4. How to Qualify

To qualify for the LemFi Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign, participants must:

• Send £200 or more to Nigeria in a single transaction within the relevant calendar month (July, August, or September 2026).
• Each qualifying transfer must be a minimum of £200 in a single transaction.
• Cumulative or split transfers that individually fall below £200 in a single transaction will not qualify.
• Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transactions (transaction receipts, confirmation emails, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
• A qualifying transfer in one month enters a participant into that month's draw only. Participants may qualify for multiple monthly draws by making a qualifying transfer in each respective month.
• Multiple qualifying transfers within the same month do not increase a participant's chances of winning or the number of rewards they can receive; each participant can win a maximum of one (1) reward per monthly draw.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Ten (10) winners per monthly draw will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the relevant monthly period.
• Draws will take place on 10th July 2026, 10th August 2026, and 10th September 2026.
• Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within a reasonable time after each draw date.
• Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe stated in the notification.
• Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward and selection of an alternative winner.

6. Prize Delivery

• Grocery Boxes will be delivered to winners via a method communicated by LemFi at the time of notification.
• LemFi will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of all rewards after winner confirmation.
• LemFi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact or delivery details provided by the participant.
• The Grocery Box contents are subject to availability and may vary. No cash alternative will be offered.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

• The Grocery Box reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one (1) reward may be awarded per winner per monthly draw.
• Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards if a participant violates these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
• LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications related to the campaign.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited or if any participant's account or transactions are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or irregular.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemFi shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the campaign, including indirect or consequential damages.

9.2 LemFi is not responsible for issues related to the delivery, quality, or contents of the Grocery Box that arise from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party fulfilment or logistics delays.

9.3 LemFi is not liable for delays or failures in reward delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, third-party suppliers, or force majeure events.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

10.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Churned Users Grocery Box Giveaway Campaign at any time without notice.

10.2 LemFi reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and request supporting documentation.

10.3 This promotion cannot be combined with any other LemFi promotions unless explicitly stated.

10.4 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their first name or username for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

For customers in the United Kingdom, this campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
