Terms and Conditions for LemFi Detty December Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Detty December Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Detty December £1,000 Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Detty December Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in the United Kingdom can win one of six (6) £1,000 flight vouchers to Nigeria or one of five (5) ₦200,000 runner-up prizes after completing qualifying transfers to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward: Six (6) eligible participants will each receive one (1) £1,000 Flight Voucher to Nigeria. Five (5) runner-up participants will each receive ₦200,000. The flight voucher may be used for flight bookings to Nigeria in accordance with the voucher provider's terms and conditions.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 1st July 2026 and ends on 1st October 2026 (inclusive).

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required qualifying transfers.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

Qualifying Transfer: A minimum transfer of £1,000 or more sent to Nigeria in a single transaction at least once per month for three (3) consecutive months (July, August, and September 2026) during the promotion period.

1. LemFi Detty December Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 1st July 2026 to 1st October 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
• Participants must complete qualifying transfers as outlined in Section 4.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

• A total of six (6) winners will each receive one (1) £1,000 Flight Voucher to Nigeria.
• A total of five (5) runner-up winners will each receive ₦200,000.
• Each winner is limited to one (1) reward regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made during the campaign period.
• Flight vouchers will be issued electronically to the winner's registered LemFi email address or account contact details.
• Runner-up prizes will be disbursed via a method communicated by LemFi upon winner notification.

4. How to Qualify

To qualify for the LemFi Detty December £1,000 Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign, participants must:

• Send £1,000 or more to Nigeria at least once per month for three (3) consecutive months between 1st July 2026 and 1st October 2026 (inclusive).
• Each qualifying transfer must be a minimum of £1,000 in a single transaction.
• Transfers must be completed in July, August, and September 2026.
• Cumulative or split transfers below £1,000 in a single transaction will not qualify.
• Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transactions (transaction receipts, confirmation emails, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
• Multiple qualifying transfers do not increase the number of rewards a participant can win; each participant can win a maximum of one (1) reward.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Six (6) flight voucher winners and five (5) runner-up winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the promotion period.
• Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within a reasonable time after the campaign ends.
• Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe stated in the notification.
• Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward and selection of an alternative winner.

6. Flight Voucher and Prize Delivery

• The £1,000 Flight Voucher will be delivered electronically to the winner via email or LemFi account communication.
• Runner-up prizes of ₦200,000 will be disbursed to winners via a method communicated by LemFi at the time of notification.
• LemFi will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of all rewards after winner confirmation.
• LemFi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the participant.
• The use of the flight voucher is subject to the voucher provider's terms and conditions.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

• The £1,000 Flight Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only one (1) reward may be awarded per winner.
• The voucher must be used in accordance with the provider's terms and expiration period.
• Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

• LemFi reserves the right to cancel or revoke rewards if a participant violates these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications related to the campaign.
• The Promotion is void where prohibited or if any participant's account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, or irregular.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemFi shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the campaign, including indirect or consequential damages.

9.2 LemFi is not responsible for issues related to flight booking, travel disruptions, airline cancellations, or visa requirements associated with the use of the flight voucher.

9.3 LemFi is not responsible for issues related to the disbursement or receipt of runner-up Naira prizes that arise from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party payment delays or currency fluctuations.

9.4 LemFi is not liable for delays or failures in reward delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, third-party voucher providers, or force majeure events.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

10.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Detty December £1,000 Flight Voucher Giveaway Campaign at any time without notice.

10.2 LemFi reserves the right to verify qualifying transactions and request supporting documentation.

10.3 This promotion cannot be combined with any other LemFi promotions unless explicitly stated.

10.4 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their first name or username for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

For customers in the United Kingdom, this campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
