Terms and Conditions for LemFi's "New User Activation" Campaign
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the New User Activation Campaign (the "Campaign").
By participating in the LemFi New User Activation Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi's Terms and Conditions.
Definitions (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The New User Activation campaign is open to LemFi users who joined the platform organically (i.e., without any referral) and who have not completed any transaction since signing up.
Prize: Eligible users will receive £10 cashback when they make their first transfer of £100 or more from the UK to Nigeria.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins July 9, 2026, and ends on July 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers who signed up without a referral and who have not made any transaction on the LemFi app since joining.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between July 9, 2026, and July 26, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above who:
- Signed up on LemFi organically, without any referral.
- Have not completed any transaction on the LemFi app since joining.
- Reside in the UK and have a fully verified LemFi account, in compliance with all LemFi's standard terms of service.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
- This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only unreferred, non-transacting users who receive official communication are eligible.
3. Prizes/Awards
Eligible senders will receive a cashback of £10 when they make their first single transfer of £100 or more from the UK to Nigeria.
4. How to Win the Prize
Send Money: Make a first single transfer of £100 or more from the UK to Nigeria between July 9, 2026, and July 26, 2026.
Qualified senders will receive a cashback of £10 credited to their wallet.
The £10 cashback will be credited to qualified users within 3 days after the campaign ends.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning
- Only a Participant's first transfer of £100 or more to Nigeria during the qualifying period counts towards this promotion.
- This promotion is only applicable to a single, first-time transfer of £100 or more to Nigeria.
- Only Participants who joined LemFi without a referral and who have made no prior transactions are eligible.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO A PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN.
8. Other Terms and Conditions
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the New User Activation campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the Participant.

9. Governing Law
UK Customers — This campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
