Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Churned Users Winback" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Churned Users Winback Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Churned User winback Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The churned-user winback campaign is open to users who haven’t transacted on the LemFi app within the last 45 days or more.

Prize: These users will receive £10 cashback when they send £100 or more.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins January 23, 2026, and ends on February 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant: The campaign is opened to existing LemFi customers who haven’t transacted within the last 45 days or more.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between January 23, 2026, and ends on February 23, 2026, until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only those who receive official communication are eligible.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders would receive a cashback of £10 when they make a single transfer of £100 or more to Nigeria.

4. How to win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a single transfer of £100 or more from the UK to Nigeria between January 23, 2026, and ends on February 23, 2026.
• Qualified senders will receive a cashback of £10 credited to their wallet.
• The £10 cashback will be credited to the qualified users within 3 days after the campaign ends

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

• LemFi users who send £100 or more in a single transfer from the UK to Nigeria, within the qualifying period will get a cashback of £10.
• This promotion is only applicable to a single transfer of £100 or more to Nigeria.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM. .

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the inactive users campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

8.2 If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

UK Customers- This campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
