Terms and Conditions for LemFi Ramadan Food Box Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Ramadan Food Box Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Ramadan Food Box Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Ramadan Food Box Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users can win a complimentary LemFi Food Box delivered to a loved one in Nigeria after completing a qualifying transfer of £400 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward: Twenty (20) eligible participants will each win one LemFi Food Box, delivered to a nominated recipient in Nigeria within the eligible delivery locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja. The Food Box will be delivered to the winner's nominated loved one in one of these locations during the Ramadan season.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins on 19th February 2026 and ends on 26th February 2026 (inclusive).

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in the United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

Eligible Delivery Locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and Abuja, Nigeria only.

1. LemFi Ramadan Food Box Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 19th February 2026 to 26th February 2026 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

  • This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
  • Participants must reside in the United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
  • Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

A total of twenty (20) winners will each receive one LemFi Food Box delivered to their nominated recipient in Nigeria. Winners must nominate a recipient located in one of the eligible delivery locations: Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja.

The reward is limited to one Food Box per winner, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made during the campaign period.

4. How to Qualify

  • Send £400 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria between 19th February 2026 and 26th February 2026 (inclusive).
  • Only single transfers of £400 or more to Nigeria sent during the campaign period qualify. Cumulative or split transfers do not count towards the qualifying amount.
  • Making multiple qualifying transfers does not increase a participant's chances of winning more than one Food Box. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) Food Box.
  • Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transaction (transaction receipt, confirmation email, or transaction history from their LemFi account).

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Twenty (20) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the promotion period.
  • Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their LemFi account within a reasonable time following the close of the campaign.
  • Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
  • Upon confirmation, winners must provide the full name and contact details of their nominated recipient in Nigeria, who must be located in Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja.

6. Food Box Delivery

  • The LemFi Food Box will be delivered to the winner's nominated recipient in Nigeria at one of the eligible delivery locations only: Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja.
  • LemFi will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery during the Ramadan season, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
  • LemFi is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete recipient details provided by the winner.
  • Winners are responsible for ensuring their nominated recipient is available and reachable at the provided address.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

  • The Food Box reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative reward.
  • Only one Food Box may be awarded per winner, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers made.
  • The nominated recipient must be located within the eligible delivery locations. Nominees outside Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, or Abuja will not be eligible for delivery, and an alternative nominee within an eligible location must be provided.
  • Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.

8. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke the reward if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any reward, Program-related materials, or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way, or if any participant's email address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant's accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9.2 LemFi is not responsible for any issues arising in connection with the Food Box contents, including but not limited to product quality, allergic reactions, or any incidents arising from use or consumption of the Food Box. Any complaints regarding the Food Box contents should be directed to LemFi Customer Service.

9.3 LemFi is not liable for any delays or failures in Food Box delivery caused by circumstances beyond LemFi's reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics issues, incorrect recipient information, or force majeure events.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

10.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Ramadan Food Box Campaign at any time without notice.

10.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behavior, LemFi may suspend or terminate the participant's account or void their reward eligibility.

10.3 LemFi reserves the right to verify all qualifying transactions and may request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.

10.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated by LemFi.

10.5 By participating in this campaign, winners consent to LemFi using their username or first name for promotional purposes in connection with this campaign, without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

For customers in the United Kingdom, this campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
