LemFi is a financial service app that helps you send, receive, and manage money across countries. LemFi enables international money transfers from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and certain European countries to Africa, Asia, and other parts of the world. Our mission is to alleviate difficulties experienced by people who relocate and provide adequate financial services that allow immigrants to truly participate in the global economy, regardless of their locations.
Every candidate goes through the same structured process. You'll start with a recruiter conversation, then interview with the hiring manager and the team, each stage assessing a defined area. Next is a problem-solving stage, always set in a real LemFi context, and we'll assess how you use AI in your work. The final interview is with a Bar Raiser, an interviewer from outside the hiring team whose job is to hold LemFi's standard. Your recruiter will talk you through the specific process for your role.
Yes, for some roles. Sponsorship depends on the role and the location, so we can't offer it everywhere. LemFi exists for people who moved countries to build something, and many of our team have made that move themselves. Supporting people through it is the same thing we do for our customers every day.
Yes, and we'd rather you did. Every role at LemFi is mapped to an AI competency level, so how you use these tools is part of what we're hiring for. We'll tell you at each stage what's allowed and what isn't. Where AI is on the table, we want to see how you use it to multiply your output and make good decisions fast, and we'll ask about the thinking underneath.
