EU – NGN FIRST TRANSFER ACTIVATION CAMPAIGN
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the EU–NG First Transfer Activation Campaign.
By participating in the LemFi EU–NG First Transfer Activation Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.
Definitions: (Key Terms)
Program/Promotion: The EU–NG First Transfer Activation Campaign is open to eligible LemFi users in the European Union who have not completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Promotion Period and who complete a qualifying first transfer of at least €100 to Nigeria between August 6 and September 30, 2026.
Prize: Eligible users will receive a total of up to €20 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account, made up of two parts: €10 credited instantly in the app upon completion of the Qualified Transaction (available only to the first 500 transacting users under this Campaign), and €10 credited as cashback after the Promotion Period ends (available to all Eligible Users). Reward points do not expire, unless otherwise stated below. On future transfers, you can choose to apply your earned points for a cash discount. For example, if you have 2,000 points, you will see its equivalent of €20 which you can choose to apply on a transfer of €100, meaning you will only pay €80 for your recipient to receive the equivalent of €100 in the recipient's currency.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins August 6, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET.
Participant: The campaign is open to LemFi users in the EU who have not completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Promotion Period and who complete their first-ever qualifying transfer of at least €100 to Nigeria within the Promotion Period.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between August 6, 2026, and September 30, 2026, until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the EU, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service.
The campaign is exclusively open to LemFi users who have not completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Promotion Period and who complete their first-ever transfer of at least €100 to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi.
3. Prizes/Awards
Eligible users will receive up to €20 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account upon completing a Qualified Transaction, split as follows:
- An instant €10 credited in the app upon completion of the Qualified Transaction — limited to the first 500 transacting users under this Campaign; and
- A €10 cashback credited after the Promotion Period ends — available to all Eligible Users who complete a Qualified Transaction.
Once the first 500 transacting users have been reached, subsequent Eligible Users completing a Qualified Transaction will receive only the €10 cashback and will not receive the instant €10 credit. LemFi determines eligibility for the instant €10 credit based on the order in which Qualified Transactions are successfully completed, and its determination is final.
Points do not expire, unless otherwise stated below, and can be applied toward future transfers.
4. How to Earn the Reward
Onboard or hold a Valid LemFi Account: Have a fully verified LemFi account in the EU, and have not completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Promotion Period.
Send Money: Make your first-ever transfer of at least €100 to Nigeria during the Promotion Period.
Qualified users will receive €10 equivalent in reward points credited to their LemFi account within 5 working days of the Qualified Transaction being successfully completed provided they are among the first 500 transacting users under this Campaign, followed by a further €10 equivalent in reward points credited to all Eligible Users after the Promotion Period ends, provided the Qualified Transaction remains valid (i.e., has not been canceled, reversed, or refunded) at that time.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, and Winning
LemFi users who complete their first-ever transfer of at least €100 to Nigeria within the qualifying period will receive up to €20 equivalent in reward points, split as described above. The instant €10 credit is limited to the first 500 transacting users; the €10 cashback is available to all Eligible Users.
This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the European Union to Nigeria.
The reward applies to the first Qualified Transaction only. Subsequent transfers are not eligible for this promotion.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
If the Qualified Transaction is canceled, reversed, refunded, or fails for any reason, any reward points already credited in connection with that transaction — whether the instant €10 or the post-Promotion €10 — will be voided, and LemFi reserves the right to reverse or claw back any points already credited. If a Participant's Qualified Transaction is voided after that Participant was counted among the first 500 transacting users, LemFi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reallocate that instant €10 credit slot to the next Eligible User in sequence.
Accrued reward points can only be used toward future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned, granted, and approved by LemFi.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the EU–NG First Transfer Activation Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Other Terms and Conditions
8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of the Participant.

9. Governing Law
Europe Customers – This campaign is subject to the laws of Ireland, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin.
