LemFi Cashback Campaign – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the LemFi Cashback Campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Overview

As part of our promotion to introduce LemFi to the Philippines and Vietnam communities, special codes will be distributed through select events and influencers. Users who sign up with a valid code and complete their first transfer of 100 CA/EUR/GBP or more will be eligible to receive 10% cashback, up to a maximum of $50.

Cashback will be credited to the user’s LemFi account after the qualifying transaction is completed.

• Participant country: Canada, Europe, UK
• Remittance Receiving country: Philippines and Vietnam
• This promotion is open-ended, and LemFi may modify, extend, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.

What is the LemFi Cashback Campaign?

LemFi is offering eligible users the opportunity to receive cashback rewards under this category:

First-Time Transacting Users – Users who complete their first successful money transfer of 100 CA/EUR/GBP on the LemFi platform.

For the purposes of this agreement, “Cashback” is defined as a monetary reward provided by LemFi to eligible users, credited directly to their LemFi account balance after completing qualifying transactions under the campaign terms. Cashback is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash outside the platform, and may only be used in accordance with LemFi’s standard terms of service.

Eligibility

Valid LemFi Account
For the purposes of this promotion, a Valid LemFi Account refers to a customer account that meets all of the following criteria:

• The account is fully registered and active on the LemFi platform.
• The customer has completed all required identity verification (KYC) steps as mandated by LemFi and relevant regulatory authorities.
• The account is unrestricted and in good standing, with no holds, suspensions, or closures due to suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• The account is eligible to perform international money transfers according to LemFi’s policies.

Only transactions and activities conducted through a Valid LemFi Account user will qualify for participation in this promotion, including eligibility for rewards such as cashback, points, or referral bonuses.

Only successfully completed and delivered transfers will qualify for the promotion; cancelled, failed, or reversed transactions will not be considered eligible.

LemFi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an account qualifies as Valid for the purposes of this promotion.

How Cashback is Credited

All eligible users who complete qualifying transactions during the campaign period will automatically be entered for cashback rewards.

Cashback rewards will be credited directly to the user’s LemFi account.

Winners will be notified via in-app message and email once the reward has been applied.

Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the LemFi platform or referral codes
• Violation of these terms

Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to LemFi’s use of your personal data for:

• Marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THEN-CURRENT 10 EURO VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S UNSPENT MONETARY REWARD UNDER THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE LEMFI APP SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). LEMFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF ANY OTHER REWARDS IT MAY PROMOTE.

General Terms

Modification or Termination: LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice and without liability to any participant.

Non-Transferability: Offers are personal to the recipient and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared unless explicitly authorized.

Right to Refuse: LemFi reserves the right to refuse or reverse promotional benefits at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or violation.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• LemFi’s decisions regarding all matters related to this promotion are final and binding.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

UK Customers - This Program is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.

Canadian Customers - Any disputes or claims arising under these terms and conditions shall remain subject to Canadian Arbitration Act to which the Referer, the Invitee and LemFi submit in accordance with the Canadian laws.

EU Customers – This Program is subject to the laws of Ireland, to which the Referrer, the Invitee, and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.

Other Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Referral Programme at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Referral Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Referral Programme in breach of Referral Program Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.
