Campaign Overview

The "Love Beyond Borders" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer") to celebrate Valentine’s season. By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on January 24, 2025, and ends on February 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

2. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.

• Participants must have a valid LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

• Employees of LemFi, their immediate family members, Affiliates, Influencers, Partners and anyone professionally associated with the campaign are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

To Qualify for the campaign:

• Send Money: Complete a single transfer of at least £300 to Nigeria only using LemFi between January 24 and February 27, 2025.

• You’re automatically entered into the draw.

4. Prizes

• Winners: LemFi will select 15 participants, who are the Winners, one person per Winner to nominate one person in Nigeria to receive ₦100,000 each.

• The Winners shall be notified via email if they won the prize and shall be asked to provide details of their nominated loved one in Nigeria, including their full name, bank account and any other information required.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

• The loved ones nominated must reside in Nigeria. Additionally, the nominated loved ones' bank account details must be in a name different from the person making the nomination.

5. Winner Selection

• Decisions will be made by LemFi’s through a random selection process and shall be final.

• Fifteen (15) winners will be announced in three batches on February 14th, 19th, and 28th.

• Winners will be contacted via their registered LemFi email and announced on LemFi’s official social media channels within 5 days after the campaign ends.

6. Prize Distribution

• Winners must provide accurate details of their nominated loved ones within 14 days of notification having won a prize; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the due prize, and no disputes or claims thereof will be entertained.

• LemFi will process the prize disbursement directly to the nominated loved ones’ Nigerian bank accounts by March 20, 2025.

• Any incorrect information provided may result in disqualification.

• LemFi shall not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate bank account details or beneficiary details provided by the winners. In the event of incorrect information, LemFi shall not be responsible for any loss or misdirection of funds, and no disputes or claims shall be entertained.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Failing to meet the minimum transfer amount (£300).

• Violation of LemFi’s terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Privacy and Consent

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• The Participant acknowledges that they consent from their loved ones to Participate in this Promotion and to receive the prizes.

9. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.

• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
