Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Back to School" Group B Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Back to School Group B Campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Back to School Group B Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFI Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Back to School Group B campaign is open to users who sent €700 on the LemFi app within the month of August 2025.

Prize: These users will receive €25 cashback when they send €1000 or more.

These users will also be entered into a raffle to win one of the following prizes:

• €500
• €400
• €350
• €250
• €150

Promotion Period: The campaign begins September 19, 2025, and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.

Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi customers residing in Europe who sent at least €700 in August 2025.

Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between September 19 and September 30, 2025, until Lemfi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Prizes/Awards

Senders will receive a cashback of €25 when they make transfers of €1000 or more in a single transfer during the Promotion Period.
Eligible senders will also be entered into a raffle to win one of the following prizes:

• €500
• €400
• €350
• €250
• €150

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send Money: Make a single transfer of €1000 or more from Europe between September 19 and September 30, 2025.
• Qualified senders will receive a cashback of €25 credited to their wallet.
• The €25 cashback will be credited to qualified users within 5 business days after the campaign ends.
• All qualifying Participants will be entered into the raffle draw. Winners will be randomly selected, and raffle prizes will be credited within 7 business days after the draw.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• LemFi users who make a single transfer of €1000 or more during the qualifying period will get a cashback of €25 and be entered into the raffle.
• This promotion is only applicable to transfers made from Europe during the Promotion Period.

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke Cashback or raffle prizes if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.

Accrued cashback and raffle prizes can only be used against any future international money transfers after such rewards have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to Participants and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be the then-current €25 value of the Participant’s unspent monetary reward under the Campaign.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, earnings of cashback, raffle winnings, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
• If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the rewards of the Participant.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This campaign is subject to the laws of the European Union to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
