$10,000 Giveaway Campaign for Nigerians in Georgia

1. Campaign Period

The LemFi US to Nigeria $10,000 Giveaway ("the Campaign") begins on March 20, 2026, and ends on April 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and are either new or existing LemFi users residing in the state of Georgia, United States.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.
• You must make qualifying transfer(s) to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to be eligible to enter the draw.
• This Campaign is exclusively valid for LemFi users based in the state of Georgia, United State of America.

3. How to Participate

To qualify for the draw, participants must send a cumulative total of $2,000 or more in transfers to Nigeria between March 20, 2026 and April 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("the Campaign Period").

Multiple transfers may be combined to reach the $2,000 qualifying threshold. Each additional $500 sent beyond the qualifying $2,000 threshold earns one (1) additional entry into the draw, increasing your chances of winning.

To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail your entry with the following information: full name, full address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and how you heard about this Campaign, written on a plain sheet of paper to: LemFi – 2700 Post Oak Blvd. 21st Floor, Houston, TX 77056. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 20, 2026. AMOE participants will receive an equal chance of winning, equivalent to the minimum qualifying entry. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per outer mailing envelope. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted.

4. Prizes

The total prize pool is $10,000 USD, distributed as follows:

5. Winner Selection

• Five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all qualifying participants at the close of the Campaign on April 20, 2026.
• All qualifying participants will be invited via email to the prize awarding event.
• The draw will take place on or before April 27, 2026, and winners will be announced at the prize awarding event. Winners will be identified by their LemFi referral code. Winners' full names will not be publicly displayed.
• Attendance is mandatory. Winners must be present at the prize awarding event to claim their prize. Failure to attend will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected in their place.
• Winners must confirm their willingness to record a short video acknowledging receipt of their prize and grant LemFi consent to use the recorded video for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• The prize amount will be disbursed within fifteen (15) days of winner announcement.
• No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at LemFi's sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Cancellation or reversal of any qualifying transfer will void the associated entries.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fraudulent accounts or manipulating transactions to qualify unfairly.
• Participants residing outside the state of Georgia are not eligible and will be disqualified.

7. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent, in accordance with LemFi's Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
• This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
